This company wrote back very promptly with answers to all my questions, were very reasonable, and sent their report when they said they would. I wish every company was the same!

We had an excellent experience with BTB Surveyors from start to finish.

Mike was absolutely brilliant — on two separate occasions! The first time, he took the time to explain everything clearly over the phone, which really helped us make the informed (and ultimately right) decision to withdraw our offer. The second time, he went above and beyond to expedite our survey report, getting it ready in less than a week without compromising on detail or quality.

Marisa was also fantastic — always quick to respond to emails, incredibly professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process.

BTB's rate was very competitive. Booking was easy. Marisa was responsive to all of our questions. The report was very thorough, but we had a few questions. We were able to have a follow-up call with Steve. He was patient and answered all of our questions. All in all, a positive, painless experience.

I had a level 2 survey and I was impressed by the level of detail captured within this survey. The survey highlighted areas for the solicitor and areas for us to consider.
The survey covered all areas and there are areas highlighted which are considerations for the future which we would not have known about but has enabled us to plan for these in the future once our sale completes.
It was great to see so many pictures to support each area to provide reference.
The survey was booked and completed within a quick turnaround and it was easy to login and access and I had regular updates regarding status.
Highly recommend as a great service provided by BTB surveyors from start to finish.

After being let down by another surveyor, I instructed BTB to conduct a Level 3 survey on a property we are purchasing. Our own property had been surveyed by them the previous week and I found them to be easy to communicate with and really thorough. The surveyor Michael was happy for me to ask questions and responded quickly with a phone call when I queried a section of the report. I would recommend BTB to friends and family.

Excellent experience of having a LV3 Building Survey with BTB. Marisa provides quick responses throughout the process. Michael carried out our survey and did an excellent thorough job. Also took time out of his day to discuss the report, which was much appreciated.

Found this company online when i needed a RICS survey for n a property. Brilliant, so pleased i went with them. Marissa was wonderful and very helpful. Responses from both her and the surveyor were very quick. The surveyor called me after the survey had been done to discuss findings in detail and offered for me to call anytime if i had any questions before and after receiving the report. Top class! Highly recommend. The survey is very detailed, to the nth degree, very happy!
