A great crypto exchange in Australia
I have been using BTC Markets as my principal crypto on-ramp/offramp since 2014. I have never had any problems and the staff have always been most helpful. Transactions are always very fast. A really good crypto exchange !!!

Very very slow to reply or answer questions, Great until you need support. I would highly recommend against BTC Markets, some many other to choose from with true support, it doesn’t make sense to go with them now.

Fiat withdrawal was extremely quick
Deposits and withdrawals are very quick.
Chart quality is good and trading fees are reasonable.
I do think there is room to reduce the trading fees with the increased volume going through this exchange now compared to a few years ago...

BTC's advanced research on the various projects they support has been invaluable. I've been with them for nearly nine years now and as long as I confirmed my activities to viable projects I've never had a problem. Not exactly an exchange, more like a FA/broker. Good for some (me), but arguably not for everyone. Seriously less speculation but a port in a storm in turbulent tims. Very appreciative of this.

Withdrawal was extremely easy and fast. Plus it was on a weekend. So 5 stars, no doubt. The problem is that you are still too pricey, spreads are crazy high for 95% of pairs. Plus trading fee!!!!!!!!!!! OMG. So for me no more trading with you!!
