I make a fees payment to the address they gave me but withdraw still pending

a BIG FAT SCAM, i paid the withdrawal fee but they didn't send me my money, and i contact the support many times but nothing....

BEWARE of this sites, the BTCMiner and Multiminer, they will disappoint you. After setting up beginners guide, then once you achieved the minimum amount for withdrawal, they will ask for maintenance fee or upgrade your account. It's a Deception, Misleading. We are told that this is a free mining site, why suddenly ask for maintenance fee after reaching the minimum required withdrawal. Very disappointing! I spend so much time mining. Let's be humane, many people are trying their best to earn to feed their family.

How can fake sites like this be able continuously rip people off without being taken down? I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone! They didn't get my money though, I refuse to pay .001 Bitcoin with no guarantee! I hope bad Karma catches up with you!!

SCAM! They want you to pay or upgrade to get what you cloud mined! I waited 8 days for the minimum to see if it worked and told me I had to maintenance fee to withdraw which is close to $50 usd to get it out..

BTC-miner is also Multiminer. Both are illegal entities, you get nothing in return. They have email but it suffers from some kind of shortage, you can barely finish writing. Writing fast can get the message to the right person. However, they are nonresponsive to their customers. I complained for four months straight on their customer support page. Also, I sent money for an upgrade and received nothing. The whole site is fake. I have waited for payout since Thanksgiving 2020. It was for one Bitcoin. It was once a reputable site, paid me one time, less than $100. If you find their address, send the police department. We must put these guys out of business!!!!

They are the biggest Scam site out there, Do not invest with them, they will steal your money, they will block you from all communication sites so that there is no way to get hold of them - they are useless Scammers - you've been warned.

They offer a beginners guide, set you up then when you have achieved the minimum they ask for money or upgrade minimum of 0.001 BTC (euro 56).
Have no idea of earning potential and really looks like a pyramid scheme.
Misleading, no clarity and disappointing. Try being open about fees, costs and returns. Enough people want to try crypto but the sleaze is here for all to see. They are in it to make money so no problem but either share it or do it alone.
We lost our business and have 225 PCs standing idle so were keen to try but now, not with these people.
I wish them the best but try being open.
