I've ordered on two occasions, perfect items with very quick delivery both times. The items are pretty much exactly the same as the well known brands but a fraction of the cost with no compromise on the quality. The customer service is spot on also!

BTR Sport are excellent. Product was delivered very quickly with the promised 10% discount. Product was excellent quality and communication from the company was 1st class. Would have no hesitation in recommending them. Many thanks.

My experience of this company is terrible and apparently they pride themselves on service being a family company. My little saga.

I was offered 10% off for signing up to their newsletter. No conditions - buy any item and 10% off. I didn't get the discount so I emailed them and because I had paid with Amazon Pay it didn't count as being their site. It took four emails to sort this out but they wouldn't give the discount worth about £4 and it was agreed I would send the item back to Amazon and purchase the item DIRECT from them.

So this all happens and I try to buy my item and still no option for the discount. I message them and get a robot. I phone them and a recorded message says email us were too busy to help. They eventually reply to my live message to say they don't understand the issue please take screen shots and detail every step I take and email all this to us....for a £4 discount.

At this point I realised they are hopeless and I'm even more stupid than them for jumping through their hoops. I agree with the poor review

Like every service it's only when you have a problem you should leave a review because that's when you know if a company is good or bad. Avoid like the plague!

Excellent product with prompt delivery

Delighted with my waterproof rucksack cover. It's a good tight fit on my bag and as I'm cycling to work I need to keep my kit nice and dry. This is just the job.

Great service. Great jacket

My rear bike light was delivered on time and everything looks good. I only put it on the other day so have not had a chance to test it yet. But it looks solid and well constructed, so I'm happy.

I ordered the XL heavy duty waterproof bike cover from BTR sports after reading all the positive reviews of it on their website. It took just over a week to arrive, which was fine. Upon arrival the cover seemed good quality and fitted our 2 bikes well. Having used it to cover them for 2 weeks outside however, it became clear that it wasn't fully waterproof, water was seeping in through the top and both bikes were remaining wet underneath. Obviously this made the cover useless for storing my bikes outside unless I was happy with them rusting away.
I emailed the support address to explain the issue and ask whether a refund was a possibility. I also followed an email link in an automated 'please review you purchase' email (one of 10 automated emails received since purchasing from them) to leave an honest 3* review of the product, detailing the lack of waterproofing.
I waited 2 weeks, and had neither a reply to my email nor had my review appeared on their website product page. I then sent a follow up email, explaining that I was disappointed not to have received a response and concerned that my review was potentially being suppressed. 5 days have gone by and still no reply, and no review.
Very poor customer service, however the bigger issue is if they are supressing honest reviews that are anything less than glowingly positive then consumers face being mis-sold products. How many other negative reviews have been left that haven't made it onto the site? A very dishonest practice.

I wanted to order a reflective jacket but was unsure what size to order. After reading the customer questions I saw someone had the same concerns as me. BTR had recommended they order 2 sizes and return (for free) the unwanted size for a refund. So this is what I did. Everything was easy and quick with excellent communication from BTR. I would go to BTR first if I need anything else. Superb service.
