The item I ordered hasn't arrived yet and when I tried to find the website it says it's no longer available

This is a scam! I ordered BTS Lightstick and it says 7-14 days delivery but it never came even after a month of waiting. The tracking number they gave only worked for a few days then it became invalid. I checked their website and it was unavailable. I contacted them to cancel my order but they never reply. Good thing I used my PayPal account as payment and I was able to open a case and retrieve my money back.

Exactly what I ordered and arrived in good time.

I ordered from them on November 23. I received a confirmation and a second email with tracking information. The tracking links do not work. The website has also disappeared. Their instagram also disappeared...so guessing they took my money and ran.

UPDATE 12/24/2020:
Upon contact the store via PayPal (the method I used to pay) they responded promptly and sent me a new tracking link. A couple weeks later my sweatshirt arrived and it actually much nicer quality than I was expecting! Ended up being a good experience.

I once bought a bts army box that contains an army bomb. It literally took more than 2 months for the item to arrive, and when it did arrive it turned out that everything that was in the army box was fake including the army bomb AND IT COSTED £75!!!!! I tried contacting them so many times asking about my package but they kept ignoring me and instead a bot kept replying back saying that my order should arrive soon. Luckily I contacted my bank one day before the item arrived and received full refund. Do not buy anything from there!

bts mania is a scam. i bought from them last year, didnt recieve one of the items, and received a fake bt21 plush instead. the item i never got, they refunded 50% INSTEAD OF THE WHOLE THING WHEN THEY DIDNT EVEN SEND ME THE ITEM. my van stuffed animal is flat and looks like a voodoo doll. do NOT buy from here even when the website is back up. everything is unofficial. PROFILE PHOTO SHOWS THE UNOFFICIAL VAN

Do not trust this site. I was scammed out of 133.00. The website is gone now. This was my daughters Christmas presents. She almost died in July and was only looking forward to Christmas.

I don’t know how but the website is gone or something and now i don’t know if my order is on it’s way or not. I’m very worried because it was not cheap.

I Placed a order 20/11 but since than I cant track The order? Its seems that all of a sudden The website is unavailable I dont get it? Where is my order

This is a gift for my daughter. The sweater has an awesome fleece-type lining and now I’m thinking I may keep it for myself lol shipping took a while but that is usually the case when shipping from outside of the US. Just make sure you order early. I received tracking notices that were helpful. Overall great sweater and no problems had.
