Great team- professional treatment

I first went to BTST as I was suffering with chronic back pain.
Started with Osteotherapy and then referred onto sport massage.
The team here are not wanting you to keep coming back. They promote a lot of self help exercises.
The offer exercise classes and even training courses.
I know see Clare regularly for maintenance of my back and now for 1-2-1 pt sessions
An amazing team from reception to therapists
I highly recommend them no matter your age or mobility.

Sports Massage Course

I recently completed my Level 3 Sports Massage Course with BTST and would highly recommend them to anyone. All staff are very professional, knowledgeable, approachable and most importantly make it a great environment to to learn new skills. I will be using them again in the future to develop my skills.
