Just what I needed
I've had my initial assessment and consultation end of April and have since been on Wegovy. The monthly check is are quick and easy and you can choose to talk to the GP if you have any questions or would like to discuss treatment. For me the medication as worked very well so far and I am down 15kg in 12 weeks. After the initial nutritional advise I know exactly what I should pay attention to and now prioritize protein, fibre and water intake besides keeping an eye on vitamins and minerals. All in all a very positive experience with great results for me so far.
I am prioritising body composition and health, not rapid weight drop. The medication I am on is enabling me to make the right food choices with ease.
