Company confirmed order received. After numerous contact us requests and emails for shipping info which I never received, I then get product delivered. It was not. Again no response to numbers emails. Do not use this company as a scam. GETTING MONEY BACK FROM CC.
I ordered it. We received the confirmation paid extra for expedited delivery and now nothing. No emails back no tracking information just radio silence. What a terrible terrible company
I ordered a baby swing as a Christmas present for my Grandaughter on 04/12/2025.I received a confirmation email and an order number but the item didn’t arrive . I emailed the company several times asking for an update , they didn’t acknowledge the email or reply. I have not heard anything from them since. My bank refunded me . I believe this is a scam company. Beware !
