Abhorrent customer support will be actively telling everyone I know not to use bubble as an entrepreneur, including my 5000 followers. Didn’t even use the platform had a free trial and took money out of my account without option for refund. No wonder it has so many negative reviews, will be writing a Google one too.

Was charged for a service I didn't sign up for. Twice in the same day. Provided proof of the card used for payment. Contacted over a week ago. And no help at all

The worst company I have ever seen, The platform was rubbish! The features and tools are very limited and the design tools I'm not even going to mention. Not worth it at all it was very complicated and limited I'm so pissed that I spet so much time trying to understand, I never spent so much time on testing a platform usually when a platform is good you start enjoying it in the first few hours because it's well developed and you are quickly starting getting used to it and getting better at using it but her that is not the case at all I just thought is complicated but when I get it it will work well but is super limited, its so many other platforms that are 100 times easier to use and it will give an ocean bigger results with a lot of flexibilities. In the end what pissed me off was that it wasn't allowing me to cancel the free trial and and when I emailed them to cancel it because I cna't they said "they said no problem we will cancel the payment and the plan" and after a day they deleted the email reply and still charged me! Of course I emailed them 20 times but they kept replying "our refund policy is very strict" wym I cancelled it! Pure scam they steal money and the platform is rubbish and is shame that so many youtube channels suggest it, at the end is not only money men you also have to provide quality and honesty. Thats when you sell your a**.

It has been 3 days of nightmare. I tried to access their site, and every time I would click on anything, the system would clock forever, to then come up with “ workflow couldn’t run because too many events triggered at same time”. Tried to get to support, well it’s essentially a useless bot.

Finally able to create an account, then goes to check their resources, same drama with page clocking, some links not working… how can you have such a terrible, defective site and promote services to create seamless user experiences for site/app creation. It’s a very bad first impression

Bubble.io is one of those companies that give you a 'free' trial (that cost me $1), doesn't notify you when the subscription ends, and then charges your credit card.

And then, to sweeten the deal, they ask, 'Please note, if you cancel, you immediately lose access to your remaining month—that you just paid for the entire month doesn't matter.

Hey Bubble, why would you do the right thing if you can also make some money....

They took my money twice. I signed up for a 14-day trial, and weren't allowed to cancel it before 14 days had passed. Then they charged me twice and didn't give a refund for anything. "We have a strict refund policy".

I love using Bubble - one of the best no-code platforms around.

It gives the most flexible build experience and having an internal database just makes life so much easier.

This company is completely underhanded and will take your money for as long as they can before they are forced to stop.

They do not send invoices monthly, they do not send cancellation confirmations. They also separate their cancellations into different stages to give you a false action when cancelling the actual sub subscription so they can keep charging you money.

There is a reason they have a 0 refund policy. I would 100% use a different company. Completely underhanded in every sense.

Do not use bubble.io - They do not care about security. I found a security flaw in their template and they could'nt care less.
The template is still for sale and has multiple other issues which they say are still not a problem.
This is because the support is low level and not skilled 3rd/4th line quality.

Bubble also makes you pay a higher plan to get multi factor authentication.

The platform is slow and the support is so bad they cannot find a way to fix it.
The platform is a ripoff - competitors are more innovative and far cheaper.
The support is dire - they are not technical experts on their own platform - cheap.
Its clearly being run into the ground as its been around since 2012 and has multiple issues and lacks basic things.

You are left troubleshooting yourself or using the forum which means you are on your own.
Resizing windows, copy/pasting or deleting options is problematic.

The only people supporting this platform is the cottage industry hanging off it as they make a bundle given bubble leaves people to fend for themselves.

Bubble don't improve anything - this is evident from the multiple complaints across socials at present Feb 2024.
Do not use bubble no code platform, there are much better alternatives.

Cancelled the subscription in January 2024 and just noticed that Bubble has taken money from our bank account on 8 February 2024!! Do not give your credit card details to this company!

Update: Free 14-days trial started on 23 December 2023 (as on the Bubble invoice). Cancelled the subscription around the 3 January 2024 before the end of free trial period. I had documents to show my bank and they have refunded the unauthorised debit since.

Went to today with my 11year old son we drove from Surrey firstly no parking at all so used cost co ! Then we spent around half and hour in the actual place it's not like that pictures there are just rooms with silly things nothing to do with bubbles u walk the lights touch a long punch bag thing and jump in a ball pit all while getting told u must not touch the anything u gotta bloody walk passed it !!!! U have to touch it honestly I like to try new places but don't waste your money or time u will be disappointed also no where for a drink or a snack so couldn't even get a coffee to waste some more time ...

Will not refund money taken even when cancelled within 7 days at the start of the month

This is a scam I put £4 in and they won’t let me log in tried to get money back but no answer sent 3 emails no response total fake

Bubble appears to be a scam. They website has no phone number and no chat bot. They do not want to hear from you at all. They have no way to cancel your trial subscription. No button to cancel. You must search hard to find a paragraph on how to cancel. It is complicated and doesn't work. Another reviewer said the same. Credit card dispute forces them to reply. When you reply to that another generic message is sent that they have a strict no refund policy. It sure looks and smells like a scam.

I reached out to their support with a request to cancel my subscription, since I was unable to figure out to do that myself (it is extremely hidden and obfuscated). They responded with "ok". However they did not cancel my subscription and in a later email they let me know that I had to do that myself in the app.

Shamefully shady subscription policies clearly designed to trick people into paying for subscriptions they do not want.

Bubble.io appears to have some serious issues when it comes to charging their users. I recently had a regrettable encounter with this platform when I was unexpectedly charged twice for what I believed was a single free account. it has started billing me without my permission, and when I have found out that they have been charging me, I tried to cancel it immediately, but guess what, there is nowhere I can do this, so, just avoid this thing, it's a scam

You have to build the app and onboard users before knowing how much it will cost. The sales department doesn't give any price estimations based on features and seats.
Also, they lock in your users, so it makes no sense to build your MVP here.

Built it somewhere where you own your users and also know the cost.

They offer a free trial, and then ask for your bank details. This isn't unusual, but they decided to then charge me $1 twice for this "free" trial and haven't responded to my requests for a refund. I was looking forward to using the service but if they're lying about a free trial, how trustworthy can they be? Avoid like the plague. scam artists for sure.
