Excellent Service
It is good Kenneth not pnly takes the trouble to inform me my car insurance is expiring, he also goves a rough estimation of the next insurance charge and provides a link to renewal.Makes it very convenient to renew. I don't bother to check for the lowest market rate.

I enjoyed the 15% discount, it helps lower my car insurance cost. It is something I need to pay for yet may not used it! So the lower the cost the better it is for me as I regard myself as a safe driver.

Expedite process not good enough
When I renewed my car insurance, I realised I could not renew my road tax due to the date difference and needed to extend my insurance coverage. Was told to pay a sum of $27 and requested to expedite the process as the road tax was expiring soon. Granted, I should have renewed the insurance earlier to prevent such anxiety, however the process of extension took abit too long and I was told it will take 1 week. I got word where other insurance companies extended the insurance for free even, and facilitating the process was much faster and smoother. I regret that the experience of renewing was not good.
