I had signed up for a run, and unfortunately the bubble run was rescheduled and I was unable to attend, I let them no way in advance I could not make it. I requested a refund and emails quite a few times and never received a reply or a refund. Ver disappointing

They canceled the event in Irvine stating admin issues beyond their control, but are not offering a refund. Instead, they are offering a credit for another race in 2024. I'm sorry, but if you are going to cancel an event, you need to give the option of a refund.

These people take your payments and leave no valid contact information to get oyr money back when they cancel the event two weeks before the event date. A suit needs to be filed against them.. I request a refund because they recently cancelled the Virginia Beach event two weeks ago and have not notified anyone bwcause the event was supposed to happen this weekend. You guys need to jave integrity and return people their monwy back, you have committed fraud.

Canceled run in Tucson in 2022, promised refund in 2023. Then canceled refund and promised another run in Tucson in the summer of 2023 - no one runs in Tucson in the summer. Then they cancel that and promise a refund in 15 days. That was 3 months ago. Now they don’t answer emails. They say they’ll get back in 10-15 days because they are “ experiencing a large volume of customer requests”. No wonder. They just kept the money. Thieves! Stay away.

If I could give a ZERO I would, don't deserve even a 1 star. Bubblerun cancelled the event stating venue issues. They offered for us to pick another event on their calendar, but this was for our 5-year-old grandson and nothing else was appropriate for him to participate in. I have reached out twice in the last month requesting a refund as they were not able to provide the event it was NOT me that could not participate. All I get is an auto generated email stating the will respond in 10-15 business days as they are busy with many emails. BULL CRAP!! I have never heard from anyone at Bubblerun, extremely horrible customer service. Stay FAR AWAY from this company.

I and several family members signed up for the April 08, 2023 race in Pasadena Tx.
Paid $42.44 for this race.
Family members received a email that the race date and location moved! ( I never received one)
It has now been moved to July 15, 2023 in Conroe Tx , that’s 65 miles away from the original venue.
This is not what I agreed to when I signed up and paid!
They don’t respond to emails or posts on their Facebook page.
I contacted my credit card company to request a full refund.
I still haven’t heard from the Bubble Run Company and I feel that others need to be warned that they will pull this stunt on them.
We are very disappointed in them!

Nice well manned and chatty lads ,did a good job , i used the bubblerun2 out near pool in wharfedale,definately going back, Thanks.
