We used to go here, until our last visit, where there was a 15% surcharge for "senior dog", which was on my bill, but never told about it in advance, ie sneaky at a minimum.. Owner rarely present, just different young kids each time, Where we go now, no such surcharge, rather a 10% discount for a senior owner...Dedicated and always present owner couple-Splash and Dash...Different strokes for different folks.

The customer service was poor and I personally do not recommend this subscription. I never had any issues with other book subscriptions but this one was a headache to deal with

Updated:There's the snarky attitude I remember and of course they gonna lie and pretend like they don't know who I am to save face 🙄..like I said I wouldn't recommend them because if you have issues with their site they are a major headache to deal with and their disgusting attitudes. It's also funny how they respond quicker on here when they mess up rather answer your emails in a timely manner.The exclamation mark and snarky response proves my point. Not worth it.

I got a subscription as a gift and I love it! The books are perfect for my tastes and the bath goodies are divine! The scents all feel so nostalgic and remind me of things like fruity pebbles and Hawaiian punch! So much fun and a good excuse for some me time ;)

The books and bath products are such a treat! I look forward to my box every month.

I loved the special treats that came in the box. I can't wait to try the Witch's Brew bath bomb on Halloween night. I can't wait to read my two books as well. Thank you!

Amazing! Customer service goes above and beyond for their customers! Items are always to the theme of the box and are great quality. I always recommend this box to family and friends!

I started getting bubbles and books when I was really stressed. It helped to give me some alone time and relaxing with a good book is always nice.

I loved my first box! The bath products were heavenly and there was a good amount to last the month. I chose the supernatural romance genre and was not disappointed! The physical book I received was very adventurous and sexy. I purchased the bath shelf. It was very well made and pretty. It holds my electronic reader, wine, phone and snacks perfectly. I've been reading the digital books during my luxurious baths. Can't wait to receive my second box! Thank you for giving me something to look forward to at the end of the day!

The products and assortment are great. The only thing that I was not happy with is that my wife received an email telling her that the gift was coming in the mail. I filled the information with the name and the email address for the person that was receiving the gift. The option in the one part of ordering was a box was to check off "Is this a gift?" I checked that it was a gift and left my wife's name and email address. To my surprise, your company emailed her to let her know that the box was coming. This was supposed to be a surprise. If possible, if someone checks off that it's a gift, it would be better if the gift recipient did not get a message stating that the gift was coming. Other than that, it's great! I just thought you might want to know this feedback. Thank you.

Lovely books, bath products are heavily scented.

Sometimes the scents are great, sometimes they are not to my taste - for example, as a sober person, the cocktail/wine-scented box wasn't a good fit.

The books have all been super fun!

Great bath items. Before I opened the box I Could smell the wonderful summery scents. Can’t wait for some “me” time to read and soak.

I love the book of bubbles I received. They all smell wonderful!! I’m going to use some of it in my bath this evening.

I love this box! The bath products are amazing! Cute shapes and beautiful colors make these bath products simply better than any others I have received in other boxes or in stores. And the books are fabulous! Interesting and fun to read. I highly recommend this box as a gift for a friend or as treat for yourself.

I have been getting Bubbles and Books boxes for 18 months now and I have never been disappointed. February’s box was exceptionally beautiful. I enjoy the extra events included like the fun Facebook group. If you are looking for handmade products, good book selections in your favorite romance sub-genre this is the box for you.

I love this box. I recently changed from the contemporary romance to the paranormal which was much more my style and couldn't be happier with the book selection. And the amount of bath essentials that are included in this box are amazing!!

I am loving this box! I just got my second box and the items are top quality and I love the books. I get 4-5 self care items each month and even my husband thinks the items are great. I really love that I can switch between genres/boxes too.

I just received my book box, and I have to say, this is one of my favorites! I have been a customer over a year or so now, and love all the bath items and books. But with the added hot chocolate bomb and mug this time was a true treat! I signed up for the convenience of books being delivered to my door step, and the selection of books have been great! Some I wouldn’t have picked out myself, but really enjoyed after reading them. It’s a great way to broaden ones reading experience for sure. The bath products are a nice added bonus. Lovely scents, amazing selection of bubbles, lotions and potions. Bottom line it’s about the books and I think this company has been very spot on. Keep up the good work! A very satisfied customer:)

Based on the overwhelming amount of good reviews and outdated bad ones, I had higher expectations for this box. I purchased the premium box as a Christmas gift in mid-November, but I received the box a week after Christmas after the tracking was lost due to bad weather. I understand that the company is not responsible for the shipping issues, but what I received did not improve my experience. The box seemed like it was rushed to pack (understandable with the holidays) and some of the bath items were damaged/crushed. The 2 "newly released" paperbacks that are advertised were from 2012 and 2013. The total value personally didn't seem worth it for the price I paid. The appeal of the box is definitely for a different age demographic than myself so I can see how others love this, but it just didn't work for us. The box was personally lackluster, but the company seems to have outstanding customer service and works for a lot of other people. Not recommended for young adults, but a cute idea that works for others.
