I bought this book for my grand…
I bought this book for my grand daughter. She loves it. Although as I was reading it to her, we got about halfway through the book and one of the pages had words on it but no picture. Printing error I’m assuming. I emailed the company about the issue and sent a picture of the problem and all I got was an email asking me to rate my experience. I’m hoping for a reply and a reprint of the book.

Best Birthday Gift Ever
My son was over the moon when he saw the cover! His name and face on the cover with his favorite hero Sonic just made his day. He literally almost did a cartwheel. Lol.
He was fully engaged throughout the story as we read together!

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I contacted customer support after noticing mistakes in the preview of the cover and the text. I was assured that the order had been corrected and that the correct version of the book had been sent.
However, when the book arrived, it was still the incorrect version with grammatical errors. This was supposed to be a gift, so the situation is extremely frustrating and embarrassing.
After being told the issue was fixed, receiving the same incorrect product is simply unprofessional. The lack of quality control and failure to resolve a clearly reported problem makes this a very poor customer experience. I would not recommend this service.

Book was made incorrect with wrong personalization for a toddler son. Contacted customer service, they blamed it on me and did nothing to help resolve the situation. Terrible Customer Service.

initially I thought it was a scam, as the process of paying interrupted in a very weird manner and than I did not received the email confirmation of the payment and of the books. I am happy that the books arrived!
