We only received this morning and our Bulldogs haven’t left it.. The moment I put it down our boy lay in it instantly and didn’t want to get out. I only bought one just to trial but I’ll definitely be getting a second now so they can have their own. Usually when we come home they are at the door waiting, I came home tonight and they didn’t even come to the door they were just on their new bed! Haha. Highly recommend!
Rubi loves her bed. She loves to snuggle and bury her nose and once she’s in she just sleeps and sleeps. Thank you for such a good quality product
SCAM. Do not order from this company. Not only did I never receive a tracking order, but the single response from the company was rude.

SCAM ALERT. Took my money, no product!! Ordered two products Oct 28 (sale price if you bought 2). I received tracking info for one of them (which did arrive within a few days). Second item never showed up (it is now Dec 26), no tracking info. Order page says order completed. Followed up six times requesting a refund for the second bed. Company either ignores or refuses to issue refund, assuring me they sent another and will update tracking but still no tracking info (or bed). BUYER BEWARE
I purchased a dog bed from your company. Within 2 hours, my dog flipped it over a ripped out the zipper for the surrounding foam. Being that it is a bed for DOGS, I would have thought it would have been sewn stronger. Not happy.
The bed itself is great. A bit lumpy but I am sure it will settle. My dog loves it. My issue is that I ordered one colour and was sent another. When I reached out I was told that they wanted my dog to experience comfort sooner and sent me the colour they did. When I expressed frustration with that, I was told that it was my fault for opening the package. I was then told I could pack it up, send it back (at my expense) and get the colour I ordered in 5-6 weeks. Terrible customer service. And the colour that I was told is out of stock for 5-6 weeks is still available for purchase on the website.
I ordered a bed on Oct 22nd and had not yet received a confirmation by Oct 27th that my order had shipped. When I emailed to find out where my order was I was told that the beige colour was out of stock. I would not have known that unless I had called about the order because I was not notified at any time of this by bublu. Sometime later, they shipped a bed and gave me someone else's tracking no. I am currently, on Nov 8th, still trying to find more info about my order. They had promised to get back to me a few days ago but have since ignored all my requests. I have even asked for a refund as I am no longer interested in their product.
