I ordered their collagen, signed up for a subscription and tried my luck with they're surprise package. 1 of the 3 collagen tubs was missing along with the surprise package. At the time it appeared another box with it on the way and I was thinking maybe it was in there. After calling customer service they sent me a replacement Collagen. I was told the surprise gift was still coming. A couple days later they're FedEx/ shop app shows, it was delivered showing a picture of the box that arrived. I called customer service again and they said they already sent me a replacement. I tried to explain that I never received the surprise package that I paid for and ask for a refund however they would not. The replacement collagen or the surprise was never received and and now I'm out $75. I'm not sure if they stopped my replacement collagen but after requesting cancellation of their monthly subscription FedEx is idle in another state the past 5 days. Don't use this company

DO NOT BUY THE COLLAGEN POWDER! I am sure the product itself is good but the inside seal must have been loose so now every time I open the container, white collagen dust ALL over my counter. I have wiped the inside and outside of container and lid many times but there must be enough in the inside grooves to make a mess every singe time. i tried to send a chat to the company a few days ago only to get a message back saying to call during business hours. so I did, left a voicemail and asked for a response via email or text. ZERO response, zero outreach except for a text saying my subscription was cancelled. they promise a money back guarantee but they have not credited my card yet nor communicated anything to me. again, the product is good but packaging is poor, makes a mess every day and customer service is completely missing. most collagen powders are the same, go with sports research or vital proteins, less money, better packaging and not a waste of your time.

First, I love the quality and the consistency of the product. I use the collagen powder and the MCT butter creamer. Since I switched from my old collagen, my hair and nails have been growing significantly faster. I know because I usually get my nails done every 3-4 weeks, but after a month of using the BUBS, I needed to back after 2 weeks! Customer service was great and they sent some free goodies too. They also donate 10% to veterans which I appreciate.
