AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don't waste your time unless you are happy to wait THREE MONTHS for a lamp or waste your time arguing with them. I ordered a lamp - it was in stock. The website offered a 2nd one at 30%off. I decided to get the second unit (in the same online order) it did NOT mention that the 2nd unit was not in stocks and would be a THREE MONTH wait and that by adding the 2nd unit to the order that the WHOLE order would be delayed THREE MONTHS. Have argued and pointed out they are BREACHING Australian consumer law. Only then did they offer to send the first unit. Second unit still not been delivered - now will be at least november. I would NEVER buy from this company again. Unreliable and untrustworthy
