I never recieved my order
I never recieved my order or a refund. Emailed and called multiple times and never got any help towards them delivering my parcel. Looking to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible as this is getting beyond stupid.
Update: Received my parcel on the 17th Jan 2025 after ordering on the 22nd December 2024. I have since been offered small compensation from my terrible ordering experience however they continue to this day to not email, nor send the promised money over in which they said they was going too.

After that i had a few questions, i sent out an email and the customer service was friendly as always.

I ordered the Buchan Bram Fleece, but accidently ordered a number too small.
Because of that I contacted the support and got really good communication, with fast (max. 2 days but mostly much faster) and on top friendly as well as helpful answers. Reasoning I got to manage to get one a size bigger without any troubles
btw I am 1,81m tall and i recommend you to order the Fleece in L.
On top i even had contact with the owner of Buchan himself which just represents the down-to-eartness and the importance to be customer friendly.
Overall i can really recommend buying something! And even if there is a problem the supports gonna be there ;)
