Having contacted the company to request a refund on 20 July 2023, subsequently sent the hat back and sent a further 2 emails, s of 24 Aug, I have yet to receive any email from the company, let alone a refund.

My order has yet to arrive which is disappointing as the money has been taken from my account but there seems to be very little customer service. No email on dispatch, unable to contact the company- well I have tried FB, email, message and phone but no response as yet.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received, i was not happy with the quality of the hat and have sent emails requesting returns info as per their website but i have had no response.
There seems to be no way of contacting the company, so i am leaving a message here to see if that solves the situation.

Jokers, hat was split upon delivery and still waiting for a refund, sent them several emails no response.

After seeing the Sassys Googly Eyes bucket hat I just had to have it. No problem purchasing or with delivery. However, for the price in which I paid I was rather disappointed with the quality of the hat. For £19.99 (however I saw SUMMER10 and used it) I would expect some better googly eyes stitched or embedded into the hat. Rather than 10p eyes from WHSmiths glued on. Unfortunately on top of this, the eyes weren’t glued central to the seam. More over the glue work was not up to standard either as there was more bits on glue on and around the eyes. One of the eyes was already scratched.

Other parts of the hats lacked obvious quality assurance check points to. For instance any one could’ve spotted loose threading and opposing colour stitching poking through.

And in one spot on the top of the hat the wrong colour stitching was used. Again this very easily could’ve been spotted by a quality check.

Finally sizing, I am only 5’10” and like to think i have a normal sized head. But this hat barely fits on. I was excited to get this hat, and was fairly disappointed. I understand running a business can be tough. But things like this shouldn’t happen. Sorry to have complained like this but I did not think this was up to scratch.

I ordered 2 hats in November 2021 and never received them. No contact with the company as they never replied to my emails. £30 lost from this scam website. Don’t trust! (Date of experience is set at 2022 as it had to be within 12 months)

There were a good amount of hats in various colours and patterns which was good.I bought the hats for my sister who is losing her hair due to chemotherapy and the brightness of the hats keeps her smiling. Thank you for that. I would recommend this site.

Unfortunately as a company you use Evri for your deliveries and yet again another package has been delayed/lost.
I have emailed you direct and waiting for a response. I have had to purchase the item from elsewhere as I do not trust Evri to make this delivery. This was a birthday gift.

Ordered a hat in January and have never received it, sent numerous emails and Facebook messages with no response. Would avoid if you’re expecting to receive goods for your money!
