Amazing customer service experience

Amazing customer service experience. On what is likely the busiest retail day of the year, Black Friday, I made an error with my order. I called the store and spoke to Zlata who was so understanding, caring and efficient. She could have just said sorry, nothing can be done but instead she worked to resolve the error I made despite it being Such a busy day for the store. Within 45 minutes of my phone call Zlata had resolved my issue. I'm so grateful for amazing customer service like this, as it's so lacking amongst many children's retailers. Bucket and Spades stocks really gorgeous, high-quality brands and I would hesitate to recommend this store to my friends and family.
