Buckeye Power Sales is nothing short of terrible on with Generac whole house generators.

Buckeye Power Sales is nothing short of terrible in terms of their servicing of Generac whole house generators. Over a period of 2-year they have:
1. Overlooked changing the oil filter.
2. Have an issue with my Generac cycling on and off on its own creating a surge that knocked out our air conditioner and they couldn’t figure out what the problem was.
3. Left my generator unlocked.
4. Sent same guy out to service my generator after I asked them not to send him.
5. Charged me a trip charge when I live 5 miles away from their Gahanna building (I later learned they operate their generator service division out of some remote building.
