The belts came quickly and the quality started with the presentation. Opening the box let the wonderful fragrance of Fine Leather waift out. The instructions are simple and easy to understand and the buckles are clever and work well. I recommend the three set like I got so that you have a color for every pair of pants you’re going to wear.

Excellent product and innovation. From the tiresome task of finding the right slot tying the belt has become a pleasure. Kudos to the company.

I had a small issue with my belt well they got back to me right away I could feel the smiles in there words sending me a new buckle no issues but I just love the belt and will never go back to my old belts

I bought my first belt about a year ago, and it was an eye opener. The technology really makes for a perfect fit. I just bought a 3 pack to share. When I received the belts, I realized I had ordered a wrong color. I reached out to arrange an exchange, they fixed my error efficiently and without delay. Great products and great service. Bravo

I started off with two belts around 12 months ago. They were supposed to be for my casual/ formal wear and ended up on my work trousers as they are so easy to tighten, making life wasy. One each for my daughters last Christmas and now a set of 3 for me...Definitely for social wear and with 3 different colours, a match for all trousers or shorts.

My husband loves is new belt. He will never purchase a regular belt again. The adjustable feature is perfect. 100% recommend

I ordered the two belts on June 27, 2024, order #DE60040.
The five holes at the end of the belt are stretching after a few months. As a result, the claw no longer holds properly and opens when I take the belt off, causing the buckle to fall off.
I've already had to cut off the stretched end twice, which will soon make the belt too short, and I won't be able to wear it anymore.

Simply the best solution ever!!!

It has been three weeks since I placed my order. I have no clue when it will be delivered. The response I received is very vague and noncommittal at best. My request for a refund is falling on deaf ears.

I don't recommend this. There are better and cheaper product options out there that will actually be delivered.

Watch out the 100 days free trial is not what they offer got a 3pack with 1 defect belt can't sent it back because 1 of the belts was used for 1 day. When i sit down in my car the belt unlocks every time.
Belt are as new and not shortened in original case.

My overall experience has been great, from dealing with customer service (just a question), which was quick friendly and professional. The belts arrived in time, are excellent quality, fits perfectly, and also looks great. I bought two Buckley Belts in 06/2024, one black, one brown. I've been using them pretty much every day since then (16 months now) and will give you my opinion on the product:

The pros:
+ Functionality
I love the concept of the quick-adjusting belt, no need to worry about holes being too far apart, and easy adjustment on the fly. Having only one size belt and permitting/requiring users to shorten them to their needs is also a smart move.
+ Design
I personally like the design decision to immitate a classic belt buckle. Together with the classic black/brown leather belts, it looks like any other belt, exactly what I want.

The neutral/word of advice:
- be careful when shortening the belt, it's easy to end up too short. The idea is to have some space on both sides of your "standard, comfortable" fit so you have room for adjustment after a feast or a round of GI infection.

The cons:
- The belt buckle has some kind of coating that started to wear off a couple of months into use. Not really durable.
- The leather belt itself has started showing cracks roughly a year into use; not at the ends, but in the middle parts that lie on the side of the hip during use, where the bend is most pronounced. Also not the greatest material quality - obviously it's a multi-layered belt (not one solid slap of leather, but a thin front and back layer each, stitched together with a plastic layer fixed between on the far end, to provide traction for the closing system), but a belt should not be so brittle as to crack when bent.

So, in summary: great concept, really comfortable to wear, but not very durable. In my opinion the quality is not adequate for the price (35€/belt). There are alternatives on the market - I will look for a competitor with better material quality. But if I don't find any, I'll probably buy it again from this company - I've gotten used to the comfort of quick adjustment and don't want to miss it.

If you're wondering why the reviews for the product are overwhelmingly positive: the company reminds users to rate their product - when you click anything less than 4 stars in the e-mail, you're not taken to TrustPilot but to a contact form instead.

I bought a belt in Oct 2023, and the leather has cracked all over the place, so it doesn't say much for the quality of the leather. The buckle keeps working it's way loose, 5-6 times I have needed to shorten belt to get the buckle to grip again. I expected this belt to last a lot longer.

The company has contacted me twice now and they are refusing to pay to have these belts shipped back to them. The belts I received are LIGHT GREEN, LIGHT BLUE, and ORANGE. I ordered GREY, BROWN, And COGNAC (tan). This is their response:

I do not want you to send me the “correct” brown belt. The LIGHT BLUE belt that you say is supposedly “grey” it isn’t even CLOSE to the website description. Orange is not “cognac.” I WANT A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. THIS IS A FRAUD.

BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered three black belts last Christmas. They were great belts. I ordered 4 more a few weeks ago: 1 brown, 2 cognac, and 1 grey color off what their website pictures show. THOSE ARE NOT the colors we received and these are NOT the same colors that the website shows. I received two orange, one light blue and one light green belt. The website shows dark green, dark blue and a tan color. I want a full refund. I don't trust this company.

I loved the feel of the leather as it was very soft and the buckles were beautiful

The price, shipping and quality of the belts were top notch.

Easy to customize to your size; a belt that really will last forever!

ordered a belt which i was very happy with. A week or so later another belt arrived-which i hadn't ordered. After a long convuleted process refund issued for belt-but i had requested return postage be refunded. So i ended up paying £6.50 for a belt i never ordered!!

My order had gotten lost in transit. I emailed the company about this and they not only responded right away, but quickly set up anew shipment. Got is yesterday and am impressed with the quality. Plan on ordering a few more as presents for my brothers.

I have now 3 belts from Buckley Belts and I love them. Also their service is world class, the last belt had an issue and it got immediately replaced. Thanks for that!
