Thanks for taking the time to leave a review… shame to see it was only a 3 star review due to your order arriving on wooden pallets when pallet delivery was selected at checkout and is clearly explained in the description before ordering. We hadn’t had any discussion regarding you being able to return your pallets so we are a little disappointed to hear this - we use 3rd party couriers through palletforce for delivery nationwide and each courier is different! If you put the pallets out to the front of your property I’m sure it won’t take long for someone to take them off your hands and reuse!

Husband was right! Best turf…
Had a row with hubby over ordering turf from so far away. I happy to report I was wrong and Buckley’s turf is far superior to the local option which I used to finish the garden. He miscalculated by 8 rolls 🤣

Communication isn't great, products are good
Communication wasn't great, but the product was. Didn't receive any sort of dispatch notice or delivery date/time confirmation until a phone call on the requested delivery day confirmed that while they were due to arrive that day, a vague issue meant that they wouldn't. Was kindly offered a chance to cancel the order, but I went ahead with a delayed delivery for 6 days later - which meant having no fence between myself and the neighbours for almost a week longer than I proposed (difficult as we both have dogs).
Same communication issues happened again. The delivery did arrive on Thursday as suggested, but I was given no indication/confirmation of this. No concrete date or time. They just arrived at 8am with no warning. Credit to them for getting here that early, but it wasn't the best time for me.
Again, the products appear great. Can't fault that. Just really needed better communication (and no delay would have been nice.)

Our lead time on fencing is currently between 3 to 10 working days as displayed clearly on the shipping rate selected. Your order was received on Sunday afternoon (received in the office on Monday) for an expected delivery of that Friday, which unfortunately was out of scope for the amount of deliveries we had going out that week. If we had been contacted to provide further notice before making your order we could most definitely have arranged for materials to be delivered on the exact date required as we do our very best for every customer but unfortunately this was too short notice. However, we did do our best to arrange the next available date for you which was within our usual lead time from the Monday to the following Thursday however we are sorry it was to the later part of our lead time. After agreeing a delivery date of Thursday with yourself through our 3rd party courier, we understand communication can be difficult regarding delivery times. As a new family business we take your comments onboard and will look to improve on this.
After being happy with the quality of materials provided, if you need any more products for your garden we are very happy to work alongside you on delivery dates to ensure you receive the delivery exactly when planned. Many thanks again for your custom Josh.
