No complications on delivery. It was a pallet delivery but as we have wide, reasonably flat access there was no issue for the driver. Offloaded in a few minutes.

Turfs I brought were a good price
Turfs I brought were a good price. The communication from the company was next to nothing. Didn't let me know they were coming as they say they do. Rung the day before they were supposed to arrive no reply left a message to contact me but nothing. The quality looked good but after a few weeks tuffs of lighter grass appeared with an straw type appearance which has left the lawn disappointing.

The product is great. - the packaging is not
The product is great and has taken very well to our garden.
What's not great for someone who lives in a small house in London is having to deal with the large wooden pallet that's left behind. Leaving it out on the street (Fly-tipping) is not a solution and local pallet collection companies are not interested in a single item.
Please investigate alternative packaging solutions for small urban sites.

Contacting the company proved impossible!
We tried to contact the company four times via email using their site and independent emails plus four telephone calls about our order.
We had ordered premium vegetable soil and bark.
The order arrived on time via a third party delivery company. The bark was good but the soil was very fine and sandy and had come from a sugar beet factory. It was not what we expected and we were unable to use it on the raised vegetable beds and ended up using it for patching the lawn.
We wanted to discuss the delivery with the company.
