Very high quality turf delivered at agreed time on agreed date, and left in the place requested.

Was a bit disappointed with delivery as was told to expect it in the morning and it came quite late in the afternoon. It was a very hot day so that amount of time on the lorry meant the turf was extremely dry when it arrived. Fortunately the yellow patches have about recovered now with some feed and plenty of water.

My partner chased the delivery on the phone the day before as hadn't had confirmation that the requested delivery date would be accepted. She also called again on the day as it didn't arrive by the time we were advised. They were very pleasant on the phone and did their best to help.

Would order from here again.

Quality of turf was first class as was actual delivery. Only bad point was that they were difficult to get hold of. I emailed twice and called twice and got no reply until i found their landline number and that was answered.

I can't fault the service or the product. It was delivered on the day I requested and the driver was helpful dropping the bags at the top of the drive. The soil itself was good quality, a fine crumb even at the bottom of the bag with no stones. I will be using them again.

As a returning customer we have had a large delivery of fresh top soil this morning and the quality of the product is excellent. I wouldn’t use any other top soil. Turf and plants thrive from the top soil sold by Buckley Landscape Supplies.

My wife wanted to create a vegetable boarder, we ordered soil for vegetable/boarder soil. We found grass seedling growing within the soil as we emptied the sack. Extremely poor looking soil, “old and tired” lacking in nutrients, large lumps, hard to break down. Have watered several times to soften large lumps. Have ordered top soil from another supplier and never experienced these issues. Wanted to give a local company the business instead of a larger organisation she looked at. My wife and I have tried to contact them via phone but their mailbox kept saying “ full. We also completed their online contact form over 7 days ago and had no response. Very disappointed, would not recommend.

We ordered 50 x rolls of grass, and the grass was extremely good quality and has taken to our existing gardens grass with no issues whatsoever. A+++++++ for Buckley.
