The quality of the jewellery has remained the same. the variety however is not as a wide-ranged as before.
The options of buying "sets" is now limited and as a frequent buyer for the last 4years of buying this jewelleries, I have seen this trend.
Please bring back sets as a loyal customer and advocate for Buckley London so I can continue to purchase my favourites

Beautiful jewelery selection…
Beautiful jewelery selection and the items I have been given as gifts and items I've bought myself are very pretty. The website is easy to use and deliveries are on time. Items come in Buckley gift boxes and are value for money. I did not give 5 stars as the posts on the loop earrings I bought are too wide for my piercing and I understand that I cannot return them for hygiene reasons.

UPDATE: Buckley London responded and I had replacement item sent to me within 24 hours. Thank you - very good customer service. The order came but the box was empty. The item was not inside the box.
