Great range of activities something to suit everyone but that means you probably won’t like all the activities each month. Very good customer services and good value for money. Only downside is booking using the app as it is unnecessarily cumbersome and then you can’t refer back to the listing once the month has ended. Tip - book early in the month to get preferred date as the popular activities and dates run out quickly.

The tickets they sent are worthless, the booking system too complicated and recently when I showed interest in cancelling my subscription this was the message in their website "will be back soon"!!! Watch out!

Update: They called me about 10 days after this review to gather feedback and persuade me in changing the review. I will wait for the changes they "promised" and then reconsider this review. (Should be done by April as per their phone call)

£30 for 5 exciting activities for 2 people every month is a no brainer. Incredible value for money and has you doing something different every month. Highly reccomend.

I highly recommend this subscription! I have been on it for over 2 years and it is definitely worth it for people who are looking to try out different activities in their region. The subscription offers 5 mystery activities each month and they vary from ice skating to a comedy show! It could be something completely new or a sweet day out either with your partner or by yourself. I would recommend this 100% to anyone looking for an adventure or just something to do during their free time!

I've loved the activities I've experienced with Buckt so far! I've been to a comedy night and crazy golf so far and already met some lovely other Buckt subscribers. Can't wait to see what activities I'll get this month xxxxx

Great idea for adults wanting to get out and do more!
If you are stuck with the boring "meal and cinema" kind of meet-ups, this is great from; rock climbing, farm experience, arcade games, and much more! Definitely worth the experience and I would recommend it to anyone. The website is a little confusing at first but once you understand and get your head around the booking system then you are on for a winner! So much fun! and when you can afford one month you can put it on hold and miss out one month. Only problem is you cant have young people / kids on them which is hard as a parent getting the time away from the kids... but then again, isn't that the point too ;)

Always great experiences offered and there's plenty of communication around when activities get added to the app and if there's any cancellations.

Recently one of the five activities that month had to be cancelled due to the activity provider closing down and Buckt staff were quick to reach out and issue a refund for the activity. They called to make sure I was personally aware and were friendly and approachable.

I've been subscribed to Buckt for the last year or so now. In that time my girlfriend and I have been able to attend loads of cool stuff (combat archery, functional movement, nerf battle, etc.), most of which we'd never have though of ourselves.
Staff are always friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any queries.

This month I received 6 activities however have only managed to book 1 axe throwing. The scavenger hunt says activity now closed. The spartacus archery fully booked. The Roller skating booking system has failed to work and so again lost as today is the final day. The salsa is booked in for April too long. I found the idea great but the effort of trying to get bookings is ridiculous not for me.

The activities offered were an absolute joke, and any ideas of saving money were ruined as they often comitted you to spending more money than the voucher offered in value.

In addition, they refused to honour my cancellation and continued billing me for 2 months thereafter. Cancelling your subscription requires multiple steps, and it's not made clear that clicking "cancel subscription" doesn't actually cancel your subscription.

Possibly the worst value subscription app I've ever used, along with scummy business practices to trap you in a subsription. Avoid!

Edit: Buckt then called me to say they'd refund me if I took this negative review down. The absolute cheek of it.

Activities are certainly not Bucket list worthy. Went to the mini golf this weekend all the way in an industrial estate in Charlton. It was such a basic set up and the mini golf essentially just looked like an add on to what the centre mainly did which was go karting. Staff were so disengaged and couldn’t really give a toss. Gives me the impression that Buckt don’t really care about the experiences. 100% won’t be renewing my subscription

UPDATE: Dan the founder got in touch with me and talked to me about my experience. He took my feedback on board well and offered me a free additional activity to compensate which fit more into my expectation of what this experience should have been. I really enjoyed the new activity (Axe Throwing) but only added on one more star because the organisation was still really chaotic. I was given codes that had previously been issued to someone else so I had to go back and forth with them to sort it out. Grateful for the after support, but I still wouldn't recommend this service to friends. Maybe in the future when they get their processes a bit clearer.

Not great. I purchased the London trial one but not many of the activities were central London eg one was in Hayes and another in Edmonton so we didn’t use most of the vouchers.

We went to one comedy gig in central and it wasn’t great in terms of the line up.

Overall I was quite disappointed.

Wow what a great deal, £30 for 5 days out is amazing, takes you out your comfort zone and you'll be trying things you never imagined you'd do, POINT BLANK shooting range was amazing, so much fun, food and cocktails was stunning too, we also went carvern club, absolutely amazing seeing a bit of Liverpools history, looking forward to the cocktail class next week, axe throwing and also a football match at LFC, highly recommended joining buckt, also a lovely lady called Debbie from buckt has been so helpful thanks

When the activities come in on the third working day of the month, I’ll refresh the app the entire day to see what I’ll be up to this month. Buckt is value for money, easy to book and makes my life so much more colourful! Any issues I have encountered, Buckt has resolved swiftly and the support team are always pleasant. I recommend this to anyone who likes new experiences and feels like they’ve done everything in their local area - because you’ll realise you really, truly haven’t!

Buckt Go in Manchester is great! The activities are varied and accessible and get us trying new things we wouldnt otherwise. I think it's a great price for what you get and the customer service is always brilliant - Debbie always quickly and efficiently sorts out any issues regarding cancelled events/refunds. Been with Buckt almost a year and completed most of the activities and will stay for as long as I live in Manchester.

I love my buckt subscription,best Christmas present I have ever got. I look forward to seeing what new things they have every month. They have a wide variety of activites from climbing to origami you can never be bored I love how different each month is and have enjoyed them all.The customer service team are lovely expecially Debbie who has helped me in the past and are really quick with there responses to emails.i carnt recommend it enough.

I love the service! Firstly, the activities we get are always great and they are a bargain. We always have fun and sometimes we get to take friends for no extra charge. Secondly, customer service reps always get back to us within few days. Whenever there was any problem, we were always notified and dealt with quickly (shoutout to Debbie for great service as well). Also, if we need we can always pause our subscription for a couple months what is great.

Would definitely recommend!

I am not gonna delete my previous review because the business needs to know the app/ booking system sucks

But after few months of using it, I think many activities are pretty good ( some are still out of nowhere such as Japanese class...)
At least I don't need to source dating activities, and I think this concept deserve acknowledgement. I also referred this to many of my colleagues who run out of activities to do

I am a new customer from Buckt. At first I think that is a very good idea and a good deal. Now I come to the point, first, the app sucks! It crashes all the time and it's so painful to use. Second, it is horrible to book tickets. I tried to book the stand up comedy 3 times. Email back and forth, and the reply is always sold out. One time the CS even missed my request.
Come-on who will book for activities after 2 months and plan around that activities. Third, half of the ticket locations are located in the suburbs like zone3+. If you consider the total cost comparing to those not offered by Buckt and located in central, the buckt one isn't that cheap.

I will still give one month subscription to see how it goes, but so far is horrible and I already want to cancel it
I did try to cancel it while writing this review. The cancellation is NOT as easy as one click. I think they just try to make your life difficult to cancel it

On first view, this is a really great idea for a subscription but unfortunately it was a major let down. The process to request tickets is very complicated and confusing. The app is very poorly designed and lacks intuition. I contacted the customer service team about tickets I had requested and they failed to help, I’m still waiting for a response after 8 days. I have followed up multiple times.

I will be cancelling my membership and I have requested a refund as I literally haven’t received anything for the money I have paid!!

It’s honestly much easier to spend some time on google, finding activities you’d like to do and then book them yourself!!!

Don’t waste your time!
