I received my order but it was not left at the front door as requested. I had a order that I never received and the salesperson was very rude to me I was reluctant to use bulk wholesale again but when you do receive the merchandise it's pretty doggone good.

Great quality and choices on ponytail hats
The large choices, colors and designs and awesome price.the quality of the ponytail hat was amazing.
Only downfall was the quantity of items needed to get free shipping is staggering for small business, nonprofits and individuals. Plus I thought the amount of time to recieve my order was much longer than I would have thought.
Communication has something to be desired. I emailed with a question last week but no response. I just emailed again so we'll see.
