I have ordered a few pieces of jewelry from them and it is always fast shipping, reasonable prices, and quality pieces. It comes nicely packaged and I appreciate their kind marketing. Would recommend!

Didn’t know what to expect from Buddha Groove as a first time buyer. But I absolutely LOVE my spinner ring so I bought myself, my husband and my daughter each a bracelet and we all love them too.

It is worth mentioning that due to this company being based in Dublin there is a huge shipping charge added on by the courier, not the company. ( EU import).The courier will not deliver the item until you pay a separate charge upfront Budda Bag are quite disingenuous regarding this and dont make it clear upon purchase.

Purchased beautiful handmade items from around the world. They came packaged perfectly and was even surprised to receive a 'small gift' they included. Very thoughtful company and highly recommend.

New customer who just ordered today. My review is on the customer service with Chris. My 1st contact was via email asking if Buddha Groove ships to APO addresses. Chris responded swiftly to my inquiry with instructions on how to proceed, and upon creating a new account on your site, all the shipping & billing addresses were populated & I only had to add payment. Stellar assistance from Chris!

A button on the tunic I bought broke in half the first time I touched it. The tunic is lovely but is compromised due to this broken button. I wrote to customer service to request a replacement button be sent and I was told that would happen. When it didn’t I called customer service and spoke to Chris who accused me of yelling as I was just trying to make a point of the button breaking immediately. I never got a replacement button and my tunic remains compromised, thanks Chris!

What a fantastic company this is! Not only are their products beautiful and very well made, but their customer relations are top notch. I ordered the 7 chakra earrings and the tree of life cross body purse, and both were a hit! I'll definitely order from this company again!

I was taken by the pure, simple designs featured online and finally placed an order for a garden statue and cairn pendant. The items exceeded my expectations in EVERY way. The care in packaging delivered my stone piece beautifully, and he is heavy and solid and the detail in craftsmanship is exquisite.
My cairn pendant (stones) is also beautiful in its simplicity and quality. I get a lot of compliments on it. I am thrilled and will be a repeat customer. You can order from this site with confidence!

I received the string of bells ordered recently from Buddha Groove, and I wanted to express how happy is their sound! I was so impressed with how neatly and nicely they were packaged. I appreciated the card that explained your process for returns, exchanges, rewards (!), and request for referrals. The bells are, for me, just perfect, and I will treasure them. I always wait 3 days to order anything online so that I don't end up with something I just thought was so cool ( ! ) but that I do not need, so I enjoyed going through your online catelogue and have at least one little delight in mind but will wait my prescribed 3 days to order! The items were quality, and shipped in a nice satin bag and well protected, fast shipping../ my item was so much better in person

I love the selection of their jewelry. I had some trouble with USPS and did not receive items they said were delivered to a PO Box seven days earlier. Chris was so helpful and was actually going to re send all the items. After making a formal complaint to the postmaster EVERYTHING arrived today. (I called to cancel the re-send). My latest purchase is the Truth and Tranquility Gemstone Pendant, Amazonite and Amethyst. It truly exceeded my expectations. The timely manner it was shipped and the packaging is wonderful as usual. I ❤️ the wooden Buddha statue I purchased from Buddha Groove. It looks perfect in my home. And the price was right. And the shipping was fast.

I bought an item expecting one thing and got another. The description of the item I wanted was stated clearly on the website however when I got my actual piece I measured it myself and it is nowhere near the measurement that was stated. I feel like I was bamboozled. I will post pictures on my social media pages.

I found Buddha Groove online! I ordered an 18 inch Snake Chain and a Co Exist Lotus Pendant! Both the Snake Chain and Co-Exist Lotus Pendant are BEAUTIFUL! The quality of Silver is EXCELLENT and makes a GREAT necklace!

Snake Chain: is sturdy, strong, comfortable, and yet very elegant!!! The price is amazing for that quality of silver!!

Co Exist Lotus Pendant: The Co Exist pendant is OUTSTANDING in craftmanship! You can see every detail on the pendant from the Buddha, Om, Star of David, the Cross, Yin and Yan, Islamic Moon and Star all very detailed! The quality is awesome and well worth the price!

Bottom line: I love my Co Exist Lotus pendant and snake chain necklace! Customer Service answered all my question right away and shipping was fast! I will for sure order again again from the Buddha Groove...

I cannot say ENOUGH good things about this company, their people, or the quality of their products. That’s saying a lot coming from me! Lol! I had a huge discrepancy around my first 2 orders as somehow my new address didn’t populate correctly & I never received my items. To say they went above and beyond to help me, kept in constant contact with me, and then helped me get all of my items would be an understatement.
