Stud jewelry doesn't include the backing

I have bought several pieces from Buddha Jewelry and some I love, others not so much. I bought a $260 stud and it didn't include the backing. I rate them a 2 because what company doesn't include the backing for that cost, AND doesn't obviously state that on the website. At the very least it could warn you during check out so you could add it to the order. They don't accept returns, even for unopened product. Store credit only.

100% recommended

Amazing piercings and super kind and knowledgable piercers! Cannot recommend them enough and will definitely get all of my piercings from them from now on.

Just ordered jewelry for my daughter…

Just ordered jewelry for my daughter for Christmas and I was so surprised how fast they shipped my order. This will be my daughters 3rd Buddha Organics gold earring for her ear piercings and I kept buying her more due to the outstanding customer service and quality of the studs. There's a chat feature on the website and they were able to help me pick out the right jewelry for her piercings which was so nice for me who had no idea about buying piercing jewelry!

BUYING FROM THIS SITE IS A 100% GAMBLE I WOULDN'T RECCOMEND

Oct/09/2015 I tried to buy $130.93 worth of ear weights from them for my fiancé's birthday. Upon checking out I noticed that I couldn't customize my delivery, it by default was to be sent via USPS. On the day it was to be delivered, I received no package. So the package was either lost or stolen. I immediately tried calling Buddha Jewelry Organics, in which I received voicemail saying they wouldn't be in for some time due to the holidays. I also contacted USPS and filed a claim, and called my local post office. I tried calling back after Halloween and still received voicemail. After a few days, I went back to see if I could sort this out directly with them via email. Thinking they would be helpful/understanding. I went to log in on the site to retrieve all the information I needed and noticed it was different and they had completely updated + I couldn't log on due to their lack of transferring old account information. Which honestly came off shady to me at the time because that meant none of my information was in their system anymore. Then I remembered I do still have all the emails confirming my order. Before I was going to email them I checked out their new terms of service in which they stated they were not responsible for lost or stolen packages, which it did not say before, because I am the type of person who actually reads all that normally overlooked stuff. What kind of company that sells JEWELRY says they do not have any kind of responsibility when by DEFAULT it was shipped via USPS who is notorious for their inability to lose/not take care of packages? I mean I would be more understanding to the T.O.S. if I was able to actually pick how it shipped. Overall the whole experience was 100% terrible. I was out of $130 dollars, and a gift. I always look back and question what happened to the package. And why that particular package was lost/stolen. I'm leaning more on the side of it was stolen because maybe Buddha Jewelry Organics states on the package the company name? It was the only theory I could come up with, (although I have no idea how the package was even wrapped.) I was also a poor college student at the time so being out of that much money with nothing to show SUCKED. And obviously contacting them wouldn't have done jack since ya know, their updated T.O.S. Yeah, I know I'm rambling...but to this day I'm still sad about this honestly. Go buy your plugs, ear weights, etc... elsewhere with better policies. Don't just throw money down the drain like I did.
