Buddies4Life is by far the best day program out there. My son has totally thrived since starting with them. He loves doing all the different activities that they offer and has met many new friends through this program. All of the staff have been wonderful to work with. They are all loving, caring, kind, and patient in helping my son with transportation, day program activities, and any other needs he has. Andrew, the owner, is awesome to work with as well. He always makes himself available for whatever my family needs. I very highly recommend Buddies4Life to anyone who is looking for a great experience for their child/client.

I honestly can say working for Buddies4Life has been one of the most rewarding job experiences I have ever had. Not only did I look forward to going to work every day; but I also felt purpose fulfillment and that I was making a difference in the lives that I served.

The clients are so incredibly gracious and unconditionally loving. Their joy is so infectious. You find yourself looking forward to seeing them each day and their smiles; wanting the best for them and giving them your all because you know it makes a difference.

I really appreciated seeing how well the clients are taken care of. Buddies4Life keeps staff-to-client ratios low; so that each client receives the care and attention they deserve. It was very apparent that the clients feel so loved and nurtured by the way they reacted to their favorite staff or the owners coming through the door.

They are the most selfless, kind-hearted, well-intended people. There are not many people who have a desire to change the industry and go and open a 5,200 sq. ft. facility. They go above and beyond to make sure the clients and staff feel seen, heard, and appreciated.

They are so dedicated to making the company's culture unified; they put on numerous company events so that everyone can get to know each other better. They also look beyond the normal cliche ways to build a team and provide effective tools and training to help staff provide the best care. They truly want to enrich the lives they touch.

I’ve been working for Buddies4life for about 8 months now and it’s the best most rewarding job I’ve ever had! Everyone works together to get things done in the best way possible for our clients. Transparency and honesty becomes a must and a practice for all who work here. As you continue your journey with Buddies4life, you learn to get along and work well together with everyone here.
