The airline cancelled my flight been waiting 15 weeks for the refund, now I'm caught between the airline refusing to give me details of the refund and BudgetAir not paying me back my money. Beyond a joke!

They are criminal conmen
They stole my money. I "bought" a trip to bilbao from Gothenburg Sweden from those criminals.
They cancelled my flights a week before the flight, promised me a refund and when I didn't get any money back they stopped answering to my mails.
May karma hit hard on them.

I booked a plane ticket for my girlfriend from Venice Treviso to Bristol airport. The ticket price came up as £36 however after the payment had gone through I checked my bank account to find that £44 had been taken without me knowing! I was sure not to buy any of the add-ons either. DON'T BUY YOUR PLANE TICKET THROUGH BUDGETAIR even if it shows as the cheapest option, they will scam you.

Worst company ever . Agent are not competent to help you. The chat online was a shambles as non of them knows what they are doing . They keep you waiting for a long time and then ask if you still wanna chat . They close the chat when they can’t sort it out .a passenger had covid and couldn’t travel I informed budget air two day prior to travelling . Now the airline saying the passenger is no show . I want a REFUND!!!!!

I made the booking then received an email that the ticket will be issued within 24h. I found it a bit weird as usually the ticket is issued immediately after booking. I searched online and found many bad reviews. I was a bit panic, so I wrote to the CS, and received an answer to wait a little while. I waited anxiously, but right before 24h passed from the time I made my booking, I received my ticket on my email. I checked on the airline's website (Etihad), and it was all good! I can make changes on my flight on my own directly on the airline's website, without having to go through BudgetAir. I didn't cancel my flight though, so I didn't know how the refund process takes place.

Based on my experience, it is a legit OTA. Yes, they don't have 24/7 CS, and we have to contact them via email. But, they replied in less than 2 hours. Yes, the ticket is sent a day after the booking is made, which is uncommon. But, we have access to the booking and are able to make changes on our own, which is not possible with some other OTAs.

please do not buy tickets via them they have no support! And give you no means of contacting them. You will loose your money. Stay away

Cannot speak to anyone and promised replies to online queries never arrive. It is very stressful if you have a problem, avoid at all costs.

still no refund after 18 months or more disgusting company should not be allowed to trade

Flight is in 4 days and request raised 6 days ago to amend flight and still no response or resolve. Incredibly stressful time and no contact telephone number to reach them on. Airline says change can only be made by agent but agent not responding. This is criminal.

Booked ticket via budget air from Aus-Ind. After cancellation due to covid airline paid refund to them but they just keep our money and never give refund to me or my friends.This is fraud and scammer company stay away.

Flight cancelled in April 2019 - 9 months later still no refund.

this company promised me a refund due to covid flight cancellation in june but still no refund i have used them many times but never again will be using lawyer to take them to small claims court then let the sheriffs do there job blaming the airline is not good enough budget air took the contract

Please try to avoid Budget Air at any cost. I cancelled my flight last year and it has been over 13 months and still have not received my refund, I was informed that the redund was processed (pre-Covid), yet no refund. The contact is lousy and disgusting. Anytime that an email is sent to them, the response from Budget Air is an automated response.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PRECIOUS TIME!

Just to update you.

After numerous emails to budget air and receiving a similar reply, i decided to go via the charge back route via my credit card, and within 2 weeks i got all my money back.

I also booked a flight with southall travels in Feb 2020 to goto India in August and they cancelled. They called me to update me and informed me i will get a full refund, and true to there word i received a full refund.

Never ever will use budget air.

only one reply lying to me after phillipine airlines confirmed my flights to vietnam have been cancelled they denied this and offered me the chance to cancel and with charges would have got virtually nothing back.
Pure vermin i have only just started with these rude con artists if my money is not returned soon i will spend hours writing reviews and warning other people not to be scammed .

my flight is cancelled due to corona virus and they sent an email for a full refund. my trip was on march and until now i did not get my refund and they they not picking any phones or replying to emails.
