They were awful the whole time impatient and impolite as they told us the flight was supposedly cancelled ONE month ago, no message, no email whatsoever, it was only then did they tell us that the plane was cancelled. There we were, mother and two kids at 4:00 in the morning on a bench, being told just then that they couldn’t even give a refund for it in less than a WEEK. Overall they were rude and unwilling to return the money. If I could I would give it a 0 star review. Booking.air is an unreliable place in my opinion and would never recommend anyone there

I got my E ticket almost 1 hour after booking which is great.
So far experience has been great.

These guys are definately dodgy and you should'nt use them. They are not Australian allthough the name leeds you to believe they are safe. They are a network of hidden companies that will leed you to the Netherlands and then you can track them to China.
Their Website is real dodgy and when it misapplied a booking datw, took payment and then sent a reciept. It was identified that they had made an error. In twominutes of revieving their reciept I phoned the onsite Brisbane number that took me to an off shore call centre which I am sure was India. Had a conversation asking them to fix the error but was told NO!! Can't help me. Asked If they were Australian, I was told They couldnt answer that question. Their online name suggested they were Australuan??? Clearly misleading and dodgy. Had to cancel my credit card as a first step. Please don't use them as they are crocked and praying on Australians.
WELL, Budget.Air.com.au rang me from India and they just get worse and even more DODGY ! What ever you do, do not use this crocked booking company. They told me that if I cancelled the flights I would NOT GET MONEY refunded, that I would just loose it all. They suggested that I ring Jetstar myself and ask them to have my tickets invallidated ???
This Budget.Air.com.au who are pretending to be an Australian company with the "au" being placed on the end of their advertised name, they said they are baswd in the Netherlands so are the Dutch dodgy?? Maybe if they allow this crowd to operate in the Netherlands?? Bit the real truth is that they operate out of China and belong to Trip.com, these guys are dishonest and are crocks. Under Australian consumer law they would be held to account for their dishonest practices. Definately do NOT BOOK your flights with them unless you are happy to be ripped off. Wgy does the Australian Government allow these thieves to take our hard earned money???
Budget.Air.com.au are really organised con men.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING AGENT. They are liars, thieves and are unable to change a flight. Blaming the Airlines for their own inadequate abilities. Three flights were booked then changed at an extra cost of $3,334, only to be told later the changes were not accepted. And we were told the only way to rebook was to cancel the original flights and lose $7,700. Robbers and thieves. Also, we have been assure a manager or supervisor would call on three occasions, and they never called once.
