Great price, ease of booking and received all confirmations and travel documents the next morning.

Easy flight booking. No hidden charges was the best aspect which makes for a transparent and very positive experience. Highly recommended. Price quoted very competitively priced and much lower than through airline or competitor agents

While I can’t speak directly to the quality of the agency, All I can say is that agent Val was a lifesaver. While I was stuck at the Frankfurt airport, he was able to work his magic and help me get on the next flight. For those who have been stuck at an airport, and feeling incredibly stressed, having someone like Val to keep you calm is really amazing. I mean we have all heard horror stories about having to deal with agencies, calling them, and getting no response. In my case agent Val directly called me back unprompted. Whether you should buy with this agency or not, please do your research, but if something goes wrong and you ever need to deal with an agent, ask for Val.

Worst website i have seen ever.. will never recommend this to anyone. The website remains top on low prices when you go for actually booking, the website comes with actual face of hidden charges. Dont trust such website. I got price for 1439 euros on last payment section it was showing 1539. The real game starts now i just missed out a letter in my name & to make that correction i called customer service, they were in other world dont know what to advise the customer. And they had sent me the summary of my booking but not the real ticket and not even past 1hr of my booking i sent them an email where they could even make changes, still they charged me 100 euros extra to cancel or name correction. Disgraceful service

I bought tickets from budget air as it was one of the cheapest on Skyscanner. But things went wrong after two weeks, I had to change one of the 2 tickets. I sent an email, and got it sorted within few hours. Whenever I sent an email, I got a reply or call back in half an hour time, and sorted out all the issues. Thanks Chantel for calling me today to reassure everything going well.

Initially, booked my flights for Jan 2024 to go abroad; but I was notified the outbound flight from Cork has been cancelled by the Aer Lingus unexpectedly. Due to this cancellation, it could have potentially affected my next connecting flight.
However, I was contacted straight away by BugetAir staff. Thanks to Chantal who went the whole way out and did her best to find me the next available flight in short period of time. All was sorted within few hours. Such a Superb assistance, service and support! I can now relax and look forward to going the trip next Jan.

That company is a totally joke, the only thing they do it’s to blame other company’s and tell you they can solve your problems, and you are with your own.
No commitment, no responsibility with costumer. I’d rather have to pay 500 euro more than buy a ticket with them again. bTW I lost my money, because they couldn’t do anything
