Worst experience of my life
Incorrectly marked me as a "No show" for my outbound flight, which essentially means they overbooked my flight. Then proceeded to tell me that I hadn't checked in despite having a boarding pass. Also then cancelled my return flights home leaving me down around €2,000 in total. Do yourself a favour and book direct with your airline. Completely laughable company.
