Poor
The order form where delivery addresses are supplied should have a post code finder for accuracy. The existing system is hit and miss. Three weeks on since payment was taken I still haven’t had the goods and at 3rd time of asking the parcel is still to be handed on to DPD so completely unsatisfactory in this case.

Be careful ordering from thie company…
Be careful ordering from thie company because they advertise a pack of 20 but instead you get one !!!!!!!!
Complained and was told that only business can order a bulk package and so they just send you one, no cheaper mind still the £10 for the pack.
Yes I can send back for a refund but have to pay for the postage so still out of pocket.
Will order from a reputable company in future with no hidden excuses.

I order 3 lightbulbsfrom Budgetlight and mistakenly order 8W - together in one room it's very bright. I asked BL for a refund and they readily agreed. I then realised - duh - that I was planning to put a dimmer switch in so it didn't matter. Bl cheerfully cancelled the return. Original dispatch and delivery was swift and all dealings with them were courteous and efficient. 10/10 Budgetlight! A pleasure to deal with. Thank you.
