These guys are professional, efficient and personable. They work smart and kept open communication with us at all times. Excellent price too.

Beware! This is the third time I have used Robert and his team. Unfortunately- it was a terrible experience. It started with a frenzied approach to removing things from the first house. And despite several requests to put down carpet protection- they didn’t, in both houses. During most of the move Robert was shouting in Polish at his team. He also fairly quickly tried to tell me I would need a 4th van - despite having moved me a year ago in 3. I refused this and said quite firmly I did not have more stuff and it fit last time.

When we arrived to the new house - things were literally dumped into rooms or thrown into the garden. For example a basket ball hoop was thrown onto some bushes! Beds and furniture were randomly put into rooms - we had to spend hours moving things so we could sleep in the beds. Even the mattresses were not on the beds and were just dumped into one of the 4 rooms.

However, the real problem came when I pointed out the one of the bed had been damaged on re-assembly. I was not angry or aggressive at all - simply showed Robert the very visible damage to my daughter’s bed where the screws had been screwed in too far. Robert became immediately irate - stated shouting at me and my partner. He screamed at both of us how they did not damage the bed - that it was a ‘sh-t’ bed and insurance would not cover it. At no point did I ask him to pay for the bed - I simply wanted him to acknowledge the damage. I said this several times. The shouting became so extreme I felt threatened and left the room. He followed me later into the house and continued - I was close to calling the police. It was a terrible experience. Beware these guys are cheap and efficient- but Robert is extremely threatening and potentially dangerous when crossed.

Rob's team made my move incredibly easy. He was quick to respond with a great price and provided excellent communication throughout. The team showed up on time and worked incredibly hard.

A special shout-out to the Polish-speaking gentleman (sorry, I didn't catch his name) who packed my kitchen and fragile items(my perfumes), and glassware were all securely wrapped in bubble wrap. They managed a full pack and move between 9 am and 12 pm, including reassembling my furniture. Highly recommended!

We had crazy high quotes to move out of our 2 bed flat but had a reasonable one from Budget Removals London. They were great, the guys were efficient and friendly and we got all moved in by 1530 which I thought was great considering we moved 2 hours away from our original house. I would highly recommend the team at Budget Removals London.

Genuinely a very good service!
I needed to move my 2-bedroom flat's furniture into storage. A whole team showed up, disassembled things and moved it within all within a couple of hours.
Seemed like incredible good value for the price we paid.

Robert and his team were excellent. They were the best value quote we received from a few different companies and they were incredibly professional. We had the full packing and moving service from our 2 bed flat in London to our new 3 bedroom house outside of London.

They turned up with a team of 5 with 2 vans. They packed everything, loaded into the vans, delivered to our new house AND unpacked everything. They were done by 2pm on the same day, it was incredible how fast they were.

The best part is a barely had to do anything and it made moving house the least stressful it's ever been.

USE. THIS. COMPANY. They moved the entire contents of my two bedroom flat in one Luton van, and I have a lot of crap and a 1 year old. Seriously, they tetris-ed over 65 boxes along with cupboards, a sofa, shelves, plants, plastic unicorns, a globe bar, guitars, an entire domestic bar, EVERYTHING into one van, and hauled it over 100 miles, loaded, driven, unloaded, in under 5 hours. And they're half the price of anyone else. Friendly staff, efficient, top notch in every way. Genuinely, don't let the fact they have "budget" in their name put you off, they're utter professionals. Why pay more?

Had a great experience with the team from the outset. Robert came to my home together an accurate idea of what would be required and was pretty spot on and I was given a very reasonable quote.
On the day, they arrived promptly and set to work. They were efficient and focused and did a great job loading the vans, taking great care of my possessions. On arrival at my new home, again, process was efficient and the team consulted with me every step of the way. Even though, there was a bit more work than originally thought, Robert did not quibble over the quote- I paid exactly what was quoted. In addition to the impressive service provided, they were all personable and courteous and a delight to deal with. If you are moving, you could not do better than this firm.

Professional friendly team. Arrived early, worked hard all day, efficiently and effectively. Dissembled and assembled furniture as part of price. Took care with everything they did, no damage. Moved us from London to the South Coast in a day. Highly recommend.
