Order in processing for 8 days no response from customer service
My order has been processing since September 4 and can’t get a response from anyone as to when it might get shipped.

Hello does anyone work there ??? No ANSWER AT ALL!!!
No one responded at all to my text messages or my chats you only get 1 first time and no one had the decency to answer any of my questions. How can you make an informed decision when you have a conversation with someone who knows something . I am super disappointed I will really have to checkout some of the other on line smoke shops.

Be careful ordering.
Its been 7 days and I STILL don't have my order yet! I do not think I'll be orderig again if this takes this long. There's another servcie online and you get your purchase the NEXT day! Just thought I'd try this copany because of their promotion of but 2 cartons get one free but if it takes this long its not worth it, becasue it cost me another $80 in regs to wait. Plus ALL of their cartons are overpriced compared to others. $50 a carton when I can get the SAME thing for $37.50 elsewhere.

I never received my purchase
I never received my purchase. You took my money and never sent the goods. Real bad customer service as well. I wrote 6 emails asking about my order and no one ever got back to me. Now you have the nerv to ask how my experience was. I will not order from this scam site again I will also be telling others about my experience.
