Scam. No confirmation E-mail. They disconnect on chat and only option when calling is leave a message.

Received order 16 days after placing it. Was able to order Frontline Spray which has been discontinued in the US. Tested Frontline Spray and it is authentic, it's the exact same thing as what was manufactured in the US that you can no longer buy. Will definitely be ordering more products from Budget Vet Care. Affordable prices and authentic products.

A year ago we had a flea infestation. Wanted to purchase Bravetco and found Budget Vet Care . We order true them back on 9/1/22 . Very Pleased with the company. The product was amazing took care of all the fleas in their service was great. Just placed an other order with Budget Vet Care . I had to call to update some info . Erick customer service representative was pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for the great service and great prices.

I was worried when I found several negative reviews after placing my order but I was very pleased with the outcome! I recieved all of my Bravectos (I ordered like 12) and they all had good dates and were in sealed packaging. I paid 40some bucks each(I don't remember exactly) v/s $68 each at all the local vet offices. It did take a couple weeks to get here as it ships from UK.

I received my shipment within 2 weeks of ordering. Budgetvetcare offered the best pricing for dog heartworm medication that I could find. I saw some reviews that stated they are a "Scam" site, but I took a chance - and I am glad I did. You can buy with confidence here. No worry.

I am very happy with my experience. The Bravecta flea medication was shipped quickly and arrived within a week and a half. It did take several days for tracking information to be available and I had to email the company to ask for the tracking number since it wasn't available online or in the order confirmation email. I paid a slightly higher shipping fee to get tracked information. It was shipped to the US from the UK in a padded envelope.
I ordered from Budget Vet Care despite the mixed reviews because it was so much more affordable than at other stores or the vet. I figured that even if it turned out to be a scam I could just file a fraud report with my credit card company. I see absolutely no indications that this company is fraudulent. This seems like a completely legitimate company to me and like other reviewers, I'm also suspicious that the negative reviews are posted by competitors who don't want to lose their extreme price markups. If a company in the UK can sell the same medicine and ship it to the US more cheaply than companies located in the US, the US prices seem to be highly inflated. Since that is a common practice in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry in the US for human medications it's not surprising it might be the same for pet medications.
I'm delighted to have found this resource and plan to order all of my pet's future medications from BVC.

Who ever wrote the article on Budget Vet Care is a liar. Probably working for the sites that charge so much for Flea and Tick Products that normal people can't afford them. I have been using Budget for 2 years. I have rescue cats and dogs. It was quite expensive for products, mostly of which you could only get from a vet. What a rip off that is. I highly recommend Budget!!! They are my saviors. Love them.

I have placed three orders with Budgetvetcare to date and all the orders were completely shipped. It took longer shipping than orders I place in the US, but they were not shoddy in any way. I have been using them for nearly a year.

Budgetvetcare is a scam site. I placed a credit card order and received no aknowldegment of the order. I immediately researched them online and found out that their tactic is to not send out your order and hope they can delay your complaint long enough to keep your order. Ive sent two emails asking for an order number and tracking and no response. I went directly to visa to report the transaction and company. Next stop ia\s the BBB where they have plenty of complaints, they expect most people to not follow up

They charged my credit card. Then the game of computer generated emails - excuses not to ship my order started. Deceptive sales practices - stay away. They did not want to answer my question about shipping my order, instead they wanted me to sign some papers, write a resume why do I need to buy the product I wanted....just absolute absurd

My experiences have been great and I absolutely love the affordable prices that are offered on the various medications needed for my doggies! Highly recommend using Budget Vet Care for your pet needs!

Their prices are always within a couple of bucks of the other few really discounted sites. Plus they usually have a 12% promo code to boot. They also have free shipping, so no local vet will ever beat their prices. Shipping takes a little longer than a US company, so you just need to remember to give 2 weeks for shipping just to make sure you get everything on time.

Great website. Have all my pets meds set up on auto shipment. I never have to think about it. I know that when I receive a shipment it’s time to give them their monthly meds. Plus it saves me money compared to getting my meds from my vet. Never had an issue.
