The order was good on arrival....But the driver didn't even bother ring the door bell who employed with AUS post and people were at home to sign for it.....

I know you did you part but AUS post nope....even the post office has had alot complaints about the driver who too lazy to ring the door bell, just snapped it and took to the post office for collection!

I gave AUS post blasted that day, as I wasn't impressed with their lazy way of doing the delivery with the parcel.....I happen be on the train too!

It annoyed me the AUS post spoilt a good delivery and made you look sloppy when the workers are sloppy I made formal complaint to AUS post....and think you should too!

We have been using Budget Work Wear for a few years now. We have been happy with every aspect each time we have ordered. The team are awesome to deal with.

Product was out of stock although it wasn't noted anywhere on the website or order confirmation. We were not informed that there would be a delay and were only told the items were out of stock after enquiring about the order after it should have already arrived.
Rude customer service when asking about the delayed order and putting blame on the customer although no one informed us of out of stock items. Very misleading website, don't expect your items to arrive within the time frame stated

Excellent service again! Prompt communication to confirm embroidery details, prompt processing and delivery each time. Have been using BWW for a few years and have had efficient transactions each time I order.

Quick delivery with tracking was good as needed the shirts urgently. Size was as ordered and quality seems good as well. Loved the fact I could buy a 3 pack at a decent price.

The prices were good and the ordering system prompt and simple. I received regular updates on my order and, when there was a delay due to items being out of stock, I was advised promptly and given the option to cancel the order / receive a refund or have the goods on back order. Other companies I've dealt with have not provided such prompt / succinct updates so this was very much appreciated, and the goods arrived earlier than the anticipated delay.
