The website is fairly clear and intuitive and allows customers to choose the items they want without excessive, infuriating upselling. The customer is alerted to additional products that he/she may want to purchase—usually in the future—w/o strong arming.

The human customer service is nothing short of breathtaking—that both reflects on the superlative nature of your representatives in an environment in which companies several orders of magnitude larger than your organization can’t or won’t deliver a tenth of the website quality and [human]customer service?

Buds is awesome! Ive been a customer of Buds for almost 20 years. Buds is fantastic, both online and in person. I cant recall one time ive been unsatisfied. If there ever is an issue they'll work to make it right.

This is the second firearm i have ordered from buds. Both shipped quickly to my ffl . Both brand new in perfect condition. I buy most of my ammo from them with not a single problem. Ever. And everytime i call them they answer are extremely helpful. All these negative reviews about not being able to get a hold of them is hogwash. Either written by bots or someone paid to write bogus reviews. I will always buy my guns from them.

Easy and efficient

It was good but a little confusing. Buying a lay-away item after paying what I thought was the total I was waiting for the confermation that never came. After some digging I seen I still owed 35.70. I had to go to the lay-away screen where it said I owed 291.00. There should be a list of payments made and clearly show what is owed. That would help.
