I contacted them several times, but never sent the invoice and didn´t even reply. Very unprofessional-avoid.

Transfer was ok but communication is non-existent.
They don't meet you on arrival, as promised, with a sign they make you wait around and then pick you up outside.
They can't be contacted and don't respond to support emails so you'll never get an invoice or any other paperwork.
As they're based in Birkenhead, UK then clearly they're just taking a cut and selling on your booking to another company in Hungary. Avoid.

Everything was fine. The driver arrived in time he was also polite. The car was clean and perfect.

Ordered a minivan with 2 children seats to get to the airport. Fast confirmation per mail and they were also very fast to answer mails. It was a great experience! The driver came early and was very nice and helpful. The car was clean inside and outside as well, the child seats were of good quality. We will definitely use them again!

I sent questions and requests via email, but nobody replied. There no customer service.

Friendly drivers with a prompt response time. Courteous and helpful too and driven swiftly and comfortably to destination.

Why 4 stars and not 5? My only bug bear is the use of mobile phones whilst driving. It's happening everywhere in Hungary much like the UK and I abhor it as it is the only reason for not giving 5 stars.

On time found driver easily. Comfortable car and excellent safe driver. Lovely classical music played on journey. Return trip from hotel no problem on time and reliable. Excellent service!

Used many times,though there is a 10minute wait for your driver when arrives driver is polite and takes you to your destination.
Definitely recommend if there is more than three in your party as public transport can be cheaper though this is great when you want no hassles and get there with no problems.

Great service: the rep was waiting for us at the airport to direct us to our taxi; the return taxi arrived 10 minutes early to take us back to the airport.

Excellent service. Beautiful lady waited in the terminal with my name on board and the driver was friendly too. No delay i got to my meeting on time. I will use this service in the future again.
