Very well organized tour. All the itinerary stops were perfectly on time. A knowledgeable and very well English/Spanish speaking guide with a positive attitude. The groups could be smaller but it's understandable as the location Alicante is very touristic. Could be useful to send a noticable reminder to bring a swimsuit. As I booked the tour some time ago, I forgot to bring it :D thanks!!

Our guide was very interesting and was very good at giving the information in English and Spanish. The driver was very professional on difficult roads.

The whole tour was really interesting, the tour guides were professional, everything went smoothly and time well controlled at that day, we had wonderful time in Sintra (even it was crowded during estern holiday)

For the tour, I give 9/10, it was a little bit rush to take photos in Roca and have free time in Sintra (I understand it is time control, but still hope have more time to enjoy)

For our tour guides, Maira and Marcio, I have to give 10/10, they are friendly and well take care of everyone, also they intruduced the spots in simple way so it’s easy to understand, perfect!

Great trip lots of history and informative guide

Buenia day trip to San Sebastian & the French Basque region..Brilliant idea for a trip although maybe best to go the busiest place( San Sebastian) first so you can get breakfast sight see & maybe shop..then other quiter areas later they were superb but closed at 10am not ideal

I had a wonderful trip with Brenda tours to Bruges and Ghent. Well organized tour. Big applause to our guide Blanca who was amazing. She explained well about every places we visited. Thanks to Blanca and the Buendia 👍

My husband and I experienced with Buendia was so good! We had Antonio who was our tour guide he was very good at explaining the history of Ghent and Bruges. We would definitely come back to book a ticket again

The tour was well planned and organized. Myriam was exemplary. We don't have words to express how good she was. She was BEST. She had hidden qualities of her classic voice. She performed for us and that was truly very generous of her.
Overall the tour covered all that was promised.
Suggestion to include water in the tour.

Not sure how you can keep selling a program with a boat tour if there are no boat tours in Bruges on certain days. We had a terrible experience. The guide kept bad mouthing certain places and ‘recommending’ other places that were clearly giving him kickbacks. And if the remitter can’t handle more than 60 ft from the microphone don’t have a group bigger than 20 people. Truly a very disappointing experience that other people should be warned about. The guide was poorly informed: didn’t know the difference between lace and tapestry, the EU flag the European flag, and said that the blue/white shield in front of old houses says something about their wooden foundation? No, it only means it is cultural heritage. What else was made up that I don’t know something about? Last but not least the guide had a very heavy accent in English. A total waste of time.

Hi, I enjoyed a very interesting, varied, entertaining tour yesterday to Las Fuentes de Algar, Guadalest and Altea. Learned a lot about the local history and culture from Daniel!
The only remark I would make is that the time spent to visit the Fuentes was a bit long, and the time spent in Guadalest could have been longer!

We had very good experience for the tour. Our tour guide is very nice and professional. We really enjoyed the time.
