Excellent choice for Budapest
We have selected two tours in Budapest (general tour and castle tour) and we have been very pleased with both of them. For reasons behind their control, there were changing in one of the tour and they informed us immediately with alternative options.
We would select them again next time.

Good solid product that could still get improved.
Generally quite satisfied. Above standard quality but not that exceptional. A bit high price for the regular standard big group excursion. Kind and professional staff, safe driving. All worked fine and was pretty well timed/organised. A pity that the staff had little knowledge of foreign languages and did not do anything about it during the trip (short briefing, visual explanations, WhatsApp summaries). More time should be available at key points of interest (the lakes, the coast) and less devoted to the lunch break/localities. It is personal and without any good knowledge of Spanish but there was perhaps too much talk/information to be absorbed and too little time for reflection/experiencing.

I don't speak Spanish so I have no idea how to answer these questions, but the tour was horrible. The fact that you sent me a survey in Spanish when I took the English speaking tour shows how incompetent your company is.

A bit dissappointed from change of guide language
I booked the tour myself directly from Buendia website with English guide for 3 people and we were put in the Spanish guide group the day of tour without prior notification.
The tour was very good and the Spanish guide very nice.

We alredy talked with our colleges un Brussels about this situation, and they told us that it was a human mistake. Although the activity was booked in English, they send you with the Spanish group. We apologise if youy didn´t enjoy all the visit due to this mistake. We will work for this not to happen again.
