Very good quick service helped us in English with good explanations about our non lucrative visa

I've been working with Pena Fraga, specifically with Sabela, for almost three years now, and they've helped me with everything! For example, with residency paperwork, real estate transactions, important appointments, references, recommendations, and general legal assistance, which has made my time in Spain much more productive and less stressful. Sabela is a wonderful person and is always willing to go the extra mile to help me resolve any issues or find solutions, and she always does it with a smile! Not only is she an honest and efficient legal professional, but she also has a great sense of humor and has been incredibly supportive during difficult times. I highly recommend Pena Fraga and am very grateful for their representation.

I would highly recommend Sabela to everyone in their proces of moving to Spain, buying a house, or becoming a resident. She is a great professional, warm and fast responding communication and always looks for the best, most efficient outcomes.

Because it was my first house, I missed some steps in the procedure - Sabela really did magic making everything in order before the deadline.

In hindsight I wish I would have hired her to take care of all the steps and do less myself, because everything in the administration has been a lot more complicated than I could ever imagine before.

I had a very complex sale involving dual citizenship and residency in Canada, and a rather unusual set of arrangements with a quirky seller. Sabela was with me every step, and even for some extra steps involved in a transatlantic process.

Initially; responses were very quick. The last contact around 12 months ago was answered but took longer; not a complex question.

As new residents of Spain, a big challenge is navigating legal and administrative systems with which we are completely unfamiliar. This includes a recent property purchase.
