Interesting, saying that when it's a compliment, they respond.But when it's a negative review , they tell you , you have the wrong game , it's still buff technologies limited.
Buff play is c*** it's a scam. You use a term global redemption limit. That's a financial term. They use that against gamers , so they don't exhaust their funds. So basically , it's first come for serve dog eat dog. You should have put that in your Terms & Conditions.Because this is fraud. I've already reported them to federal trade commission and to the f b i's internet crime unit.

I want to know how my account gets put…
I want to know how my account gets put on hold just when I try to redeem my points...and the other times it's active the store is out of redemptions for the "day" and to check back "tomorrow" when they don't even tell you when those hours ARE! Since Feb 8 I have maybe been able to do 2 redemptions TOTAL because it started with various "errors" to "contact support" now it's blown up to if I log out then try to log back in my account is "on hold" make up your MIND but most importantly if your redemption limit wasn't such a CHEAP 10USD per day I would have redeemed ALL of my points by now. I have 47USD and about to earn more ...but they make you jump through hoops to redeem them. It wasn't always like this I have redeemed points on well over 30-40 occasions just since Feb 8 it's become near impossible and I am wondering WHY?

The good and the bad
I enjoy the rewards offered. The opportunity the earn even on non listed games is also nice. The problem is there have been many times fornite updates and buff doesnt track everything. Hard to complete quests when you accomplish feat and buff fails to read it. Also the kills are different . Fortnite says you have 9 kills and buff says only 5. If your playing in duos and you knock a guy then take out the second it only counts as 1 when you dropped 2.

Buff reveiw
Buff is a great way to play video games and gradually earn credits to buy real-life items. They just need to tweak a few things first. The amount of credits that you have to earn is an unreal amount in my experince I have been using buff for over 6 months and still haven't even redeemed my first gift card. They either need to raise the amount of credits you can receive or decrease the amount that all of the gift cards cost
