Best Direct Lender by Far!
I’ve used buffa twice now the first time it was a £500 loan and the second time it was a £150, both times I’ve never had a problem and the customer service is amazing they get back to you so quickly. It’s hard to get a loan with bad credit like myself but I managed to get one from here quickly. I do recommend if you’re struggling to get one :)

Poor service for repeat customers
After taking out a first loan with Buffa and repaying it after a few weeks and much earlier than over 4 months the loan was taken over you would think asking for a second loan which is nearly half the amount of the first one there would be no problem being accepted. To be declined after requesting bank statements from myself which I sent in and when the loan us clearly affordable has left me baffled to say the least. Quite clearly their systems are not robust enough and you would think as a previous customer who has repaid they would want to keep hold off especially when they are a good percentage of folk who do not repay loans.
