I bought a Windshirt which was delivered earlier than expected. The quality looks very good. Very comfortable on and accurate sizing. I think you can buy these cheaper elsewhere but overall very pleased with the whole buying process.
Contacted Buffalo to seek advice on a repair of my 20+ yr old field jacked, after stitching had come away in the pocket. Testament in itself that this jacket has stood the uses so well.
Quick reply from customer service and though I was a little ‘off’ by the just post it back to us and we’ll have a look at it approach, Buffalo were fantastic. In hindsight, their support was the right thing and I just don’t like spending money.
Tracked parcel told me it had arrived so the timeline to review it and get back to me was very quick. In addition, the minor work was carried out very quickly, at no cost and the standard of work was superb. Jacket the returned by courier so all in all about 8 working days from my dispatch.
Communication throughout has been great.
All in all, Buffalo’s sustainable approach was proven, I am more than happy with the ~£7 postage to repair my field jacket, and will continue to wear it on the hills. Can’t recommend this enough and just to say thank you for your help.
This company was bought by Ben Fogel (the tv personality) and he has used his personal brand to promote the company heavily... sadly it seems that in doing this additional investments to support production /customer services and quality assurance have not been made .... orders are no longer fulfilled [so far waiting for 3 weeks for a product to be sent out] , no customer communications are being answered [over 5 emails sent to the order and information channels requesting updates] on orders or returns and products once made with care and quality now need returning with known issues and faults [ i was told that my issue was one of a know fault with a product] .....I am sadly really disappointed by my experience, the lack of customer care or communication and failure to refund customer(s).
