I've been calling since 8am PST, when they CLAIM they open. I tried sales, customer service, marketing, and NOBODY answers the phone. It isn't a holiday. I tried facebook to no avail. About to report them as a fraudulent seller to BBB. I placed an order on Oct. 20 and STILL no tracking information, despite their pledge that nothing takes more than 48 hours.
Terrible customer service and returns process.
Great customer service, friendly and helpful. Love the multipurpose head are: to ski, hike, keep doing sport during the pandemic. Every time the shipment was sent the same day I ordered and delivered the day after. Highly recommend.
