After 4 days of chatting with useless customer service, I feel I’ve been scammed.

no phone number for customer service

I purchased a return ticket with 4 connecting flights, booked two months in advance. Recently, I received an email saying that one of my return flights was cancelled. The replacement they offered was after my next connection, which means the itinerary no longer works.

I contacted them and explained the issue, and I was flexible with dates — any date would have been fine as long as the connections made sense. They told me they cannot change the flight, and that the cancellation was made by the airline, not them.

I then asked for a refund, but they said they can only refund one out of the four flights, even though the whole journey is no longer usable. They are refusing to give me a suitable replacement flight and also refusing to refund the full ticket.

What a Micky Mouse outfit!
I booked a flight for my wife from Manila Philippines to London Heathrow, via Kuwait. On the 19th June 2025.
Using BudgetAir.
My wife got the E travel ticket, she even got her baggage allowance documentation. BUT!... Terminal numbers are no where in sight! Does BudgetAir think we are clairvoyant? We looked everywhere for Terminal numbers. Even contacted BudgetAir and got an animated email... NEVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK WITH THESE CHANCERS!!

Budget.Co.Uk - UNCARING, INCONSIDERATE, TRYING TO STEAL TWO THOUSAND POUNDS FROM ME!

Book with BudgetAir.co.uk at your “PERIL” and hope that your booking is accepted and you receive your flight ticket. They will “WITHHOLD” your money and keep it in their bank account as long as they can get away with it.

I will say here they have “STOLEN” my money, I booked a flight with them on the 19TH of April. Their system showed the flight as being available I booked and made payment within seconds I receive a message that the seat is no longer available.

I’m now expecting my money to bounce back into my bank account. Being unsuspecting of this fraud, I saw another flight available to my destination with BudgetAir.co.uk …. so I booked that one also. Hours later after chasing them for my documents I receive a email message from them to tell me that the flight had been cancelled.

I could only get to their Customer Services dept by online chat. I explained about the £2k spent on their website to purchase tickets, I’m told it will take 5 - 10 business days to receive my refund. Well it’s been over 22 business days and I still have not received my money back.

I’ve been in contact with them frequently. The staff on the chat line give stock answers and nothing is escalated.

I will NOW be seeking legal advise to escalate this further.

Took my money i had to cancel, communication via online chat says response time an hour. 13 hours later still no response

No replies to chat, no replies to emails, no phone numbers no nothing

Budgetair costs a big headache

If I could give 0 or minus stars I would.
Budgetair awful, Parent company Travix awful. They don't have enough staff to deal with all the queries as replies are so slow but what they do have are untrained staff who give mixed information so clearly shows how much they care about their customers. 1+ year later and still no refund... just a repetitive record of 'you're request is being processed/you're request is pending'. Stringing customers on false hope.

cancelled flight still know refund . Covid excuse worn out now

Very very poor email after email. Blaming the airline. It’s them that has the money. The airline says they have the money 3 months still no refund . What are trading standards doing . The covid excuse is worn out now . The law must be changed when the flight is cancelled max for returning my money should be 14 days. Singapore airlines take note. Your good name is being brought Down too budget airline standard . I want my money not emails saying we will pay you
