After 4 days of chatting with useless customer service, I feel I’ve been scammed.

I purchased a return ticket with 4 connecting flights, booked two months in advance. Recently, I received an email saying that one of my return flights was cancelled. The replacement they offered was after my next connection, which means the itinerary no longer works.
I contacted them and explained the issue, and I was flexible with dates — any date would have been fine as long as the connections made sense. They told me they cannot change the flight, and that the cancellation was made by the airline, not them.
I then asked for a refund, but they said they can only refund one out of the four flights, even though the whole journey is no longer usable. They are refusing to give me a suitable replacement flight and also refusing to refund the full ticket.
