Amazing!
I dropped off a baby zen YOYO that had seen better days. Once I picked it up I was amazed with the end result, it looked brand new. I highly recommend and would use Buggy Pitstop again!

Perfect Service - spoke with James on the phone, then went up there and all wheels and axels changed on our Yoyo (bearings had welded themselves to the axel somehow, so needed professional help). All done in 15mins. Perfect...!

Got me my product quickly!
Very straight forward, needed a new button for my Yoyo buggy (button cover to make it collapse fell out rendering the buggy inoperable in terms of folding it down). Ordered Friday morning, arrived Saturday morning. Quick service, easy to use and they had what I needed. No complaints!

Overall happy with service
Repairs seem to be successful so hopefully that remains the case. Staff all seemed helpful on the phone and, did a good clean of buggy. Only slight issue was lack of communication, I had to chase a number of times for updates to repair and to find out when buggy would be returned. Overall happy with service and price paid, would use again or recommend to others.

Broken pushchair.
The staff were knowledgeable about the Uppababy pushchair brand. They were friendly, helpful and my email queries were answered in a short space of time. The damage wasn’t repairable so they sent us a new pushchair frame the next day. Great service, thank you.
